The Wines!!

Orin Swift "Corse" Vermentino, Corsica $20.99
Tank fermented and true to varietal. The profile of the wine is lively and crisp with blossoming floral aromatics jumping out of the glass. Flavors of fresh green apples, and bittersweet almond are complemented by undertones of Thai basil. This wine is perfect pair all year round as it is enjoyed with a multitude of cuisines and settings.

Bortoluzzi Pinot Grigio, Venezia Giulia $22.99
100% Pinot Grigio
Straw yellow color, crystal-clear. The nose is intense and persistent, recalling fresh fruit and spring flowers. Mellow and fresh at the same time, structured, showing balance, body and persistence.
Food accompaniment: Fish-based first courses – also raw fish; risottos; wonderful aperitif!!

Podere
Ciona "Semifonte"  Chianti $14.99
A rounded, well-balanced Merlot based wine that is great on its own or as an accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. It has a bright, purple red color with aromas of fresh plums, dried herbs, nuts and peppery undertones.

Easy-drinking with a generous taste and a smooth finish, it is friendly and pairs well with many different dishes. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged for a year in large French oak vats.

We recommend enjoying it within 3 to 6 years from vintage.

Poderi Elia Barbera D'Asti $16.99
COLOUR Ruby red with good intensity
BOUQUET Wide and diverse bouquet, characteristic. Notes of red ripe fruit (raspberry) with light toasted sensations
TASTE Complex and full-bodied, fresh, discreet tannins, balanced, intense finish with sensations taking you back to the nose and decidedly fruity
ALCOHOL 14% vol
LONGEVITY At least 7/8 years if stored correctly, far from light, in dry and constant temperature, in the same horizontal position as when it arrives in its case to the moment of consumption
SERVING TEMPERATURE Serve at 18°C
FOOD MATCHING Excellent wine for food. Most enjoyable with tasty dishes, it perfectly matches with game, poultry and mature cheese.

Le Rote Massimo Chianti Riserva $21.99
Warm, notes of pomegranate, a touch of oak and cherry. Subtly sweet.
Fruity, great nose, refreshing.
Very good sipping wine. Smooth and well balanced.
