The Wines!!

Mader Pinot Gris, Alsace $20.99
On the nose this wine is pure, no botrytis notes, a mix of white flowers and peach, with a touch of smoke. The taste is elegant with little residual sugar (13 grams), and a welcome acidity. The length is beautiful. To drink or keep two more years.

Mader Pinot Blanc, Alsace $17.99
Ripe aromas with some fresh fruity and floral notes. Totally dry, the taste reveals an unusual richness for a Pinot Blanc. The finish is refreshing, thanks to the acidity.

Mader Gewurztraminer, Alsace $22.99
Very fragrant nose of flowers and peaches. The palate is full of delightful flavors of light honey and apricot. There is a hint of residual sugar. This wine pairs perfectly with Asian cuisine and strong cheeses.

Coeur de Terre Oregon Pinot Noir $27.99
Tasting Notes: The McMinnville AVA is known for its intense Pinot Noirs and earthy overtones, and thisvintage lives up to these expectations. A bright red color lures you in with signature Coeur de Terre earthy aromatics, dried herbs followed by notes of plum, cherry, blueberry, and raspberry. The wine shows nice structure with fine tannins and round mouth feel.

Coeur de Terre Heritage Pinot Noir $40.99
this wine is bound to become a classic expression of Oregon Pinot Noir. It first impresses with a beautiful delicate shitake mushroom and wild cherry nose followed by Pacific NW forest floor aromas and spices. On the palate, the wine is deeply textured and presents itself with all the classic signatures of a cool vintage: minerality and earth. The finish is extremely long. It will age well over the next 7+ years.
