Blanc de Cabernet
Yes, you read correctly! This outstanding wine is made from red Cabernet Sauvignon. Following the gentle pressing, the dark skins are removed at once, thus the wine is made using only the white juice. Blanc de Cabernet has a unique personality and displays lively aromas of passion fruit, ripe peach, grapefruit and fresh cut grass.

Suggested Pairings: Serve with risotto, shrimp tacos with red cabbage cole slaw, or light asian fusion.
