The Wines!!

Meyer-Fonne Edelzwicker $19.99 (1 Liter)
Dry, floral, and complex, this beauty will make a believer out of anyone who hasn’t yet jumped on the Alsace bandwagon. A regular-size bottle just wouldn’t do.

Orin Swift Locations C4 White $19.99
Immediately, a nose of lemon zest, citrus, and a touch of honey lead to a bright and crisp entry complemented by an encompassing nectar mouth feel. A ripe stone fruit mid palate of apricots and peaches combine with an evolving crème custard coating. It finishes with a subtle minerality and a lychee texture, making this an ideal white wine.

Orin Swift Locations OR4 Pinot Noir $26.99
Vivid red with a deep purple core, the nose is generous with ripe cherry, black raspberry, acacia flowers, and hint of forest floor. Immediately, the palate is treated to a textural mélange of sweet cherry, pomegranate, rose petal, and sappy strawberry. A lively mid-palate reveals a mineral twist and exotic spice notes juxtaposed with fine tannins and superb clarity on the finish.

Orin Swift Saldo Zinfandel $36.99
Rich, ripe, and full-bodied, with aromas of black cherry and bramble fruit. The tannins are soft but the wine has a huge mid-palate. The soft, lush finish lingers.

Vina Robles Cabernet Sauvignon $24.99
The fruit for our 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from three of our estate vineyards in Paso Robles. It was handpicked at night in small lots to ensure perfect quality and ripeness. Afterwards, the fruit was destemmed and gently crushed into temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Pumpovers took place regularly to enhance color and help extract tannins from the skin. After pressing, the wine was racked into barrels to complete malolactic fermentation and aging. Before bottling, we blended in 15% Petit Verdot and 10% Tannat from our Huerhuero Vineyard to round out the blend. The Petit Verdot softens out the tannins while the Tannat enhances the structure.
Enjoy now through 2018.
