The Wines!!

Steininger Rose' of Cabernet Sauvignon $15.99
Citrus rather than red fruit plays on the nose of this Cabernet Sauvignon rosé. The palate echos that zesty verve, finishing lip-smackingly dry. An easy but fun summer wine.

Steininger Loisium Gruner Veltliner $19.99
Steven Holl

90 Points Decanter
Really pure green apple and tarragon aromas lead into a dry, steely palate with hard-edged green apple and citrus followed by a scattering of white pepper. Moreish and long with a crisp acidity, this is a great food wine.

Hillinger Small Hill $14.99
Slick and polished, handsome and sexy, dashing with a firm body. Former super model turned winemaker, Leo Hillinger, created this blend to make an easy, soft, drinkable, red with dark fruit. A light oak barrel touch and eloquent tannins, this red speaks of drinkability with plush texture and friendly flavors into the finish.

Bauer Zweigelt $14.99
This is a traditional Austrian grape variety. A very elegant wine, harmonious, filled with ripe black cherry and subtle mocha notes. The palate features ripe deep fruit with a gentle smooth medium-bodied mouth feel. The finish is long and has slightly spicy peppery nuances. Austrian reds feature amazingly pure fruit flavors– have this Zweigelt with your next barbeque or at your next party!

Bauer "Artist" Blaufränkisch $34.99
Dark ruby with nearly opaque core, violet highlights and a thin, transparent rim. Dark berry fruit, black berry jam and dark minerals. A juicy, sweetly extracted core is elegantly wrapped in a harmonious veil of fine- grained tannin. The long finish has textures of dark fruit and notes of gianduja. (Chocolate) Potential for further development and aging.

And, of course, The Beers!

DC Brau Pils 6 Pack $13.99
ABV 4.5% IBU 28
Brau Pils is perfectly refreshing for the dog days of summer, yet quenching and inviting all year round. It’s brewed with a German Heirloom Pilsner Malt and Hollertau Tradition hops.

Evil Twin "Lost Souls " IPA 4 Pack $19.99
7%  ABV 52 IBU 4.1 RateBeer "Outstanding"The new release is Lost Souls, a 7 percent ABV IPA brewed with galaxy and Simcoe hops. In an email, Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, owner of Evil Twin, told Tenemu that unlike the vast majority of the company’s beers, Lost Souls will be brewed at Boston-based Dorchester Brewing Co. due to high demand:

“We will continue our work with Westbrook and Two Roads that are both working out amazingly, but we just have so high demand we had to find a partner more to expand production,” said Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø in an email.

Ommegang "Gnomegang" 25 oz $10.99
9.0% ABV, 4.1 RateBeer "Outstanding"
Gnomegang has a rich, translucent golden hue with a big, fluffy, white head. Distinctive clove aromas, combined with yeasty fruitiness typical of Chouffe beers. Flavors include ripe fruit, clove, light caramel, non-cloying candy sweetness, smooth maltiness, and well-balanced hopping.
