Our chardonnay showcases the fresh and lively essence of the Sonoma Coast appellation, offering a brilliant, pale yellow color and enticing aromas of lemon curd, warm brioche and fragrant white florals. Intense, brilliant garnet-red colour. It reveals lovely fruit, loads of body and a heady bouquet of ground peppers, raspberries cherry liqueur, currants, and spice box. Full-bodied and dense, it tastes more like a “baby Châteauneuf” than a Côtes du Rhône. A complete wine, rich and elegant, thanks to the harmony of all the elements which make it up
DOMAINE GRAND VENEUR “Les Champauvins” stretches on 34 ha classified in Côtes du Rhône. The plots are located in the northern border of Châteauneuf du Pape, exactly from 3 meters outside the appellation.
A small lane of rocks going through the rocky plateaux has been decided to be the AOC limit in 1936. Here, soils are made of red clay and rocks (pebbled stones of quartz). The quantity of rocks can be amazing as they can completely cover the soil (see picture). In summer and during the day, the rocks temperature will increase to 55°C. This accumulated heat will be get back to the vines during nights . Day after day, this unique phenomenon allow the grapes to reach a perfect maturity and produce a unique wine.

The Pessimist Red Blend, Daou Vineyards $29.99

Blend: 54% Petite Sirah 27% Syrah 19% Zinfandel
Intense red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and rhubarb are complemented by an undercurrent of blue and black fruits; blueberry, blackberry and plum. Accompanying them are mushroom and allspice notes, accented with chocolate and hints of toffee and vanilla.
Bright and vibrant on the palate, flavors of cherry, cranberry and pomegranate dance on the tongue. A silky texture coupled with a lovely cinnamon spiciness produces a memorable, mouthwatering sensorial experience. Multi-layered and complex, with an extraordinary combination of harmonious flavors and aromas, this wine delivers in exquisite fashion, and the finish is long enough for one to ponder the depth and complexity of the sensations the wine offers.

The Beers!!

Blue Point Hazy Bastard New England IPA 4 pack $15.99

BeerAdvocate 4.24 ABV 8.0
This juicy, New England-style IPA started as a beer that our brewers brewed for themselves to drink fresh from the brewhouse. Up until now, the only way to even get your hands on it was to "know someone" or to have tried the test keg before it kicked in the tasting room.

Double dry-hopped and boasting a total hop rate of 3.5 lbs/bbl, this cloudy, unfiltered IPA has a full mouthfeel and a strong, lasting hop character that satisfies all craft beer nerdery. If you know anything about this style, you know it's best enjoyed fresh so the only place you can get it is straight from our brewhouse on February 5th.

Collective Arts No. 4 IPA 4 pack $16.99

BeerAdvocate 4.2 ABV 6.4%
It’s the season for fresh hops and as the 4th edition of our IPA project, our brewers knew they needed to find a mix that would deliver on an assaulting-ly juicy, dank aroma, and taste. We added hops everywhere but the boil in this hazy, yellow brew. Breathe it all in as floral, fruity, pineapple from the Hallertau Blanc, earthy, blueberry, blossoms from the Mosaic, and citrus, gooseberry, lychee from the Citra transport you to warmer longer days of summer past.

Omnipollo Lustro Imperial IPA 4 pack $18.99

BeerAdvocate 4.1 ABV 8.0%

We wanted a beer that would fit nicely in between both coasts. The smoothness and haze of a New England style IPA, yet the bite and crushability of a west coast IPA. Henok
Brewed at Dorchester Brewing Co in the USA.
