The Wines!!

 Monmousseau Cheverny Blanc 2015 $15.99
Monmousseau winery dates back to 1886 and is still family owned to this day. They produce wines from several AOC’s in the Loire Valley, with the most spectacular being from Cheverny. The AOC of Cheverny was only established recently in 1973, but has quickly risen to quiet fame – only few are lucky enough to know this AOC. A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Chardonnay create a taste of lychee, ripe lemons, and flowers.

Albert Bichot Macon-Villages 2015 $15.99
Albert Bichot has been family-owned since 1831, and Albéric Bichot is the sixth generation to lead it. This vineyard is located in the Ma^connais region, in southern Burgundy, which differs from northern Burgundy, particularly because of its less harsh climate, but also its vineyards, which cover the hills and valleys of more than 80 villages. Macon has an inviting nose and is lightly oak aged, perfect for enjoying with those spring roasted chickens.

Maison Fabre Cotes de Provence Rose 2017 $14.99
Fabre en Provence, owned by the Fabre family, produces the best-selling estate grown rosé in all of France. For 17 generations, they have produced wine on their spectacular property on the coast. In fact, so synonymous are they with the appellation that Louis Fabre, Sr., was co-creator of the Provence AOC ! This bright and racy wine has a pleasing, lush mid-palate and bit of raspberry and pine on the finish. From one of the true global experts in rosé, this is sheer beauty in the glass.

Albert Bichot Morgon Les Charmes 2015 $19.99
Our Morgon Côte de Py has a lively garnet-red robe with deep purple reflections. The nose exhales the characteristic Gamay aromas of cherry and kirsch (cherry liqueur) in addition to fine floral notes which are balanced by beautiful minerality. With ageing, the mouth's ripe fruit notes will evolve towards notes of crystallised fruit, leather and woodland undergrowth. Ample and fleshy, our Morgon offers a well-structured wine with a long and fruity finish.

Dalliance Red Blend 2016 $18.99
A grill-ready red and Wine Cabinet favorite! Aromas of ripe blackberry, pie spice, rich vanilla. Flavors of Blackberry & bright cherry, cinnamon spice, black pepper & toasted oak. Rich, elegant, medium tannins, nice balance with a lush mouth filling finish. A fascinating blend of  Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Barbera, Mourvedre & Cab Sauv.

The Beers!!

From Stone Brewing ( San Diego, CA): NOFX Punk in Drublic Hoppy Lager

ABV = 5.8%
Light golden hued with a fingernail of eggshell white on top. The aroma is dominated by grassy German hops. The taste is grassy German hops and a touch of Dutch lager yeast, and a touch of corn. The mouth is light, smooth, and easy going.

Otter Creek Orange Dream 6 pack $11.99

ABV 5,5% IBU 20
SEASONAL Orange Dream is back for the 2018 sipping season with a recipe that's dreamier than ever! Nick, Robbie and the rest of the crew spent some time dialing-in the citrus notes on our flashback-inspired cream ale and landed on something even the ice cream man would be stoked on.

Stillwater Levadura Gose, with Salt, Agave and Lime 4 pack $9.99

ABV 4.6%
Levadura—which means yeast in Spanish—is a Oaxacan-style gose brewed with agave, lime and salt. Oaxaca is a city in central Mexico, and the gosefeatures a touch of smoked grains to emulate mescal, the country’s spirit made from agave.
