The Wines!!

Eidos Albarino, Rias Baixas $22.99
Traditional tapas, marinated olives, portabella mushrooms stuffed with ratatouille and ricotta cheese, and even cured meats such as prosciutto or Spain’s famous jamon constitute perennial favorites to share alongside of Eidos de Padriñán.
However, one need not travel to Rias Baixas to appreciate this wine.

White Knight Viognier $14.99

White Knight Viognier comes from the Clarksburg appellation in northern California, near Sacramento. The Viognier is rounded out by the addition of French Colombard (9%) and Muscat (4%). The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the grapes’ fresh characteristics.

The wine is very aromatic, as you would expect with Viognier. Fruity and floral aromas introduce flavors of white peach, golden apple and honeysuckle, supported with gentle acidity. It’s round and soft in the mouth, with lingering subtle sweet fruit.

Pair the wine with roasted chicken or turkey, cream-based dishes and hearty pasta or vegetable dishes.

Elk Cove Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley $32.99

A brambly nose of black currents, tart cherries, and violets is met with spicy cardamom and cinnamon. A core of juicy red cherry, cocoa nibs and leather on the palate is complemented by fine tannins evocative of dried leaves, pipe tobacco and anise.

Charbonniere Vacqueyras $26.99

60% Grenache 40% Syrah
Eugene Maret the grandfather of Michel Maret bought the property in 1912 as a gift for his wife who was the daughter of a wine grower in the area. His son Fernand Maret enlarged the estate. In 1973 Michel Maret took over the property as third generation. He was the one who named the estate Domaine de la Charbonnière from the lieu-dit around the domain. The name means the area of charcoal burning.
.
The fourth generation Veronique and Caroline have both been working at the domain for some years and since the beginning of 2014 they have taken over the responsability. Veronique has been responsible for the wine making since 2007. Mireille and Michel still work hard at the domain.

The Beers!!

Radeberger Pilsener, 6 pack $12.99

4.8% ABV  24 IBU
a Light Lager brewed in Germany. Radeberger Pilsner is a clear, pale golden color and fine, creamy foam, a predominant hops taste with a balanced mix of bitter and aromatic hops, giving a pleasant, subtly distinct note of bitterness.

Three Notch'd "Big Slice" New England Style IPA, 6 pack $13.99

7.0% ABV 20 IBU
Forget everything you know about IPA’s!  This unique and brand new style of IPAs has a super low bitterness, allowing the fresh fruity flavor and aroma of hops to completely dominate.  This beer is unfiltered and unclarified, leaving the yeast to add to the smooth mouthfeel.  The Galaxy, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops make this beer super “juicy” and fruity with a strong, citrus bouquet aroma.

SixPoint "Puff" Unfiltered Double IPA, 4 pack $14.99

9.8% ABV 49 IBU 4.16 "Outstanding" BeerAdvocate
PUFF — a hazy, unfiltered pour straight from the tanks, with an extra dose of dry hops before it hits the can and keg. How sweet to be a cloud — floating in a tank of Resin! It’s Mad Science.
