The Wines!!

Capture Tradition Sauvignon Blanc $ 25.99
Our flagship wine, the Tradition Sauvignon Blanc elevates the purity of the variety through stainless steel fermentation and ten months of sur lie aging. The result is an expression of bright citrus such as lime peel, white stonefruit and green apple fragrances. Our vineyards highlight the ideal characteristics for Sauvignon Blanc with mineral texture, brilliant acidity and a fresh finish.

Davis Bynum Chardonnay, Carneros $19.99
Three distinct vineyards in our complex mountain region come together in this blend. R bar R Ranch is our coolest site, offering crisp flavors of toast, apples and a subtle note of flint. Our Estate vineyard, growing in lean sandy soil at an elevation of nearly 2200 feet, lends concentrated orange and apricot characters and an unctuous mouthfeel. These wines are barrel fermented in French oak and aged sur-lies for ten months to add richness and toast flavors to the wine. We find the fruit intensity of our chardonnay increases with bottle age, and while the wine is pleasant now, expect it to grow more complex for the next few years.

Castello di Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserve 2013 $24.99
Ruby red tending towards garnet. Rich, intense and complex nose with notes of black cherry and spice. Full bodied with rich red berry fruit flavors complimenting a backbone of tannin.
An exceptional compliment to red meats, roasts and game

Ardal Reserve, Selection Especial 2010, Ribera del Duero $29.99
Smokey ripe fruit with hickory smoke on the nose and palate of this robust, somewhat tannic Spanish red wine. Pair with grilled lamb.

Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pork short ribs braised in red wine sauce, pork shoulder roast with cherry red currant and wine sauce.

The Beers!!

Jever Pilsener 6 pack $13.99
Medium bodied with light creaminess and sharp carbonation. Higher hop bitterness level, more like a Czech style than a German one.

ABV = 4.9%

Schlafly American IPA, 6 pack $14.99
Bold hop flavor from 100% American hops, as well as, deep gold and full body from pale and crystal malted barley. A blend of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hop varietals imparts AIPA with bitterness and prominent aromas of citrus and fruit.

ABV = 7.2%, IBU 78

Against The Grain Gnight Ryder, Imperial Black Ale 22 oz. $22.99

97 Points Overall, 9.0% ABV, ? IBU
Imperial Black Ale. Red wine barrel aged. The Lone Crusader No beer is above the law around here. This imperial black ale is interred in red wine barrels and emerges unrecognizable. It’s not the general, it sure ain’t the sheriff, its the Gnight Ryder. Keep Your Scanners Peeled
