Union Sacre Belle de Nuit Rose' of Gewurztraminer $20.99
 Santa Lucia Highlands, 
100% destemmed maceration pelliculaire for 16 hours at 34° F. The juice was left in contact with the skin for some hours to impart a touch of color and texture, then fermented dry. You will find beautiful and exotic notes of lavender, tuberose, petrichor, winter berry, vetiver, softened wax, sun-blanched bones, lychee, pear flower.

Antiquum Farm Pinot Gris $26.99
 “Daisy” 50% Steel, 50% Neutral French Oak.
Daisy Pinot Gris is a very precise wine that is also very full and richly textured. Citrus, paoched pear, apple, and lavender show in the mouth and the finish is long, rich, and creamy. The Pinot Gris vineyard is almost 2 acres and spans almost 250 in elevation. As a result, Stephen is pick at many different ripeness levels all at once to ensure freshness.

Antiquum Farm Juel Pinot Noir $49.99
A roughly 50/50 blend of Pommard and Wadensville. The Pinot Noir Juel is aged in 40% new French oak for 11 months. Deep red. Ripe black raspberry and boysenberry scents, along with hints of cola and candied flowers. Sweet and fleshy on the palate, offering juicy red and dark berry flavors that firm up slowly and become spicier on the back half. Shows very good energy and dark fruit thrust on a long, focused finish shaped by smooth tannins.

Union Sacre Le Clandestine $39.99
65% Syrah, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Le Calndestin is a wine that is as much about finesse as it is power and depth. You will find notes of Notes of black currant, red plum, thyme, long pepper, broken bark and fresh blueberry jam. Le Clandestin demonstrates how well Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon can perform together and how well they can balance each other.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Happy Canyon Vineyard.
 Union Sacre makes two Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings. Le Confident is their American style bottling. Here, Xavier wants to showcase the perfectly ripe, clean fruit he is able to get from Happy Canyon Vineyard. You will find sweet aromas of blackberries, herbs and licorice, followed by a medium-bodied, ample and layered palate, with a sweet core of fruit, good balance and a flavorful finish.
