The Foris Vineyard!
In 1971 Ted Gerber purchased 15 acres of rugged land in the Siskiyou Mountains, 7 miles from the California border. At the time, there were only 13 wineries in Oregon and NONE in the Rogue Valley. Armed with 30 years of climate data from the smokejumper station south of Cave Junction, Ore., a strong back, and a desire to get back to the land, little did he know that his leap-of-faith would place him among the pioneers of the Oregon Wine industry.

Today, Foris Vineyards spans 255 acres and is home to some of the most amazing stories you’ll ever hear…that, and great wine at good prices.

The Wines!!

Foris Pinot Gris $16.99
90 points Best Buy - The Wine Enthusiast

Aromas of wild flowers, clover honey, Bartlett pear and Honey Crisp apple lead into flavors of nectarine, lemon curd, Granny Smith apple and Kiwi creating a mouthwatering tension of luscious fruit and racy acidity.

Chasing Lions Chardonnay $15.99
It’s been 11 years since the introduction of the Chasing Lions brand: the first vintage was the 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon which was well-received for excellent quality at the price. Since then, Chasing Lions has gained popularity and brand loyalty and several accounts approached Chris and Elijah with a suggestion to expand the varietal offerings. Hence, they are pleased to proudly introduce the inaugural vintage of Chasing Lions Chardonnay.

The Chardonnay sourced in Monterey has flavors of melon, citrus fruit, apples and a slight bit of tropical fruit and the juice from Lodi lends the crisp, refreshing acidity. ?This is your weekday wine to quaff or enjoy with fish, shellfish, veggies, salads, chicken and pasta.

Foris Gewurztraminer $16.99

91 points - Best Buy - #35 in top 100 - The Wine Enthusiast

"This outstanding wine opens up beautifully with ample aeration and is true to variety without giving the impression of cheap perfume, emphasizing spice over powdery scents and showing plenty of ripe fruit, from Asian pear, to pineapple to jicama." -Paul Gregutt, October 2017

Foris Pinot Noir $17.99

90 points - Editor's Choice - The Wine Enthusiast

This pretty, affordable Oregon Pinot Noir brings purple fruit character and plenty of appeal. Soft on entry, it loosens up on the palate to deliver a blast of blueberry jam and French oak flavors (though its oak aging is unspecified), finishing with a chocolate note recalling a Hershey's kiss. This is a good candidate for immediate summertime enjoyment.

Foris Moscato $17.99
Wildly aromatic with an abundance of white peach, Asian pear, citrus blossom and a honeysuckle floral kick! The intense aromas foretell an explosion of flavor punctuated by a delicate effervescence. Sweet and delicious, the naturally low alcohol, crisp acidity and light carbonation create a very light and refreshing sensation. While many might think of this as a dessert wine, it’s perfect as an aperitif with fresh fruit or great as a brunch or celebration wine with its low alcohol.

The Beers!!

Left Hand Saison Aux Baies Ameres 4 pack $11.99
BODY:Medium-Light, ABV: 6.8%, IBU'S:10
Seasonal, farmhouse-style ales that feature native Colorado ingredients.
Dry and crisp farmhouse-style ale. Mild tartness with bitter Colorado chokecherries.

Cigar City White Oak Jai Alai IPA 4 pack $11.99

BeerAdvocate 4.2, ABV 7.5%, IBU 70
A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character.  The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities.

Adroit Theory, Death of Civilization Part III 22 oz $13.99
