The Wine Club - Catena Alta Blending Class!!!

Once a month, promptly at 7:00 pm, we get together to examine an element of the wide world of wine. We sample 6 or 7 wines with the knowledgeable help of a winemaker, an importer, a distributor or one of our staff.
Kate prepares some culinary delights that match well with the wines we're trying or come from the region at hand. It's a relaxed evening with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and develop new friends and broader palates.
The fee offsets the cost of the class and ranges from $25 to $50 per person, $40 to $75 per couple. We limit the attendance so that we can properly handle the event. Classes usually fill about a week before the event.

Rob Moulthrop, DWSET with Mondo Vino Importers will conduct a once in a lifetime class on how individual wines are blended to produce a smooth balanced wine that garners great customer and critical acclaim!!
We'll sample Catena Alta Malbec, one of the great wines of South America and the wine world and then have the opportunity to take the 5 or 6 individual wines it was made from and see if we can blend to achieve the same flavor and balance!!
$35 per person, $50 per couple.
