The Wines!!!

Steininger Grüner Veltliner Kamptal DAC 2017 $16.99
This is an excellent example of a typical Austrian Grüner Veltliner. A dry and fresh white wine with influences of green apples, grapefruit and lemon showing off trademarks of flinty mineral, citrus and tropical fruit. The spice of white pepper and ripe acidity underlines all this.
A perfect every day white wine, a great aperitif wine which gets you ready for more….

Leo Hillinger Pinot Blanc „Terroir“ 2016  $29.99

Organic       “Terroir“ stands for Leithaberg, a foothill vineyard of the alps“
Produced from 60-year old vines and this wine reflects all that! Straw yellow in color, it shows the mineral content and salinity of the lime and slate soil. Aromas of peach, nuts and smoke. Juicy with a good complexity and firm texture, white fruit nuances, and fresh, while maintaining its structure. A wine that grabs your attention through its elegant yet distinctive minerality and pleasantly long palate.

Heinrich Hart Pinot Noir classic 2016 $19.99

90 points Decanter
“A gentle vanilla note wraps itself around ripe, red cherry on the nose, with a slight touch of smoky mocha. The palate combines these flavors and presents them on a juicy palate held firm by a fine mesh of tannins.”  ANNE KREBIEHL MW
The Heinrich Hartl Classic Pinot Noir 2016 comes from the Kräutergarten vineyard's alluvial soils with high limestone content. Its aromatic nose offers ripe cherry fruit, raspberry compote and a subtle smoky note, which comes back in the finish redolent of cedar and tobacco. This is a year round food friendly red that is ready to drink, but will develop further over the next 2-3 years.

Anton Bauer Wagram Cuvee 2015 $17.99

Austrian Winemaker of the Year 2017
40% Blaufränkisch,   40% Zweigelt,  15% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

Cherry fruit with amaretto tones, red berries and herbs. On the palate cherry fruit again, with dark berry aromas and a pleasant background of herbs, good extract fruit, fine soft tannin. It finishes with a dry elegance and delicately herb tones of chocolate and cherries. Although absolutely delicious on its own, it will complement beef, duck, grilled pork, tuna, and rich red sauces and perfect for Thanksgiving

Steindorfer Blaufränkisch Reserve 2016 $24.99
45-year-old vines from the single vineyard, Römerstein, give this Blaufränkisch structure and complexity. Deep black berry fruit and soft tannins balance beautiful black pepper spices. The finish is very long, smooth and silky with some of the spice and fruit returning.

Steindorfer Beerenauslese Cuvee Klaus 2015 $25.99

100% Pinot Blanc  - Liquid gold, this BA has an elegant nose with some honey and peach. It is complex and intense on the palate with juicy apricot and harmonious acidity on the finish, which lingers on and on.

The Beers!!

Commonwealth "Lethe" IPA 4 pack $16.99
5.2% ABV
pale ale with super low bitterness and a soft finish. Intensely hopped with Lupulin powder and dry hops give it a bright IPA aroma and flavor yet it’s completely crushable.

Commonwealth "Big Papi" DIPA 4 pack $18.99

8% ABV
Pours murky orange with thick dense white head that stands. Tons of lacing.  Mild aromas of pineapple and mango with a hint of malt. The aroma is light but you can tell this is a juicy IPA. Also picking up some grapefruit and a touch of orange. Wow this thing is juicy, it actually tastes almost like pineapple juice but not as syrupy. Lots of pineapple, mango, passionfruit. The taste is amazing. Medium bodied no sign of the 8% ABV ast all, I figured it would be pretty dry but it is not, very smooth. An excellent DIPA, wonderful flavors, the aroma just hints at what is waiting when you taste it.

New Holland "Dragon's Milk" Reserve 4 pack $20.99

98 points RateBeer 11.0% ABV
Dragon’s Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty.
This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days.
The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character.
Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a King.
