The Wines!!

Hall Sauvignon Blanc $30.99
This 2013 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant pale straw color. The wine is bursting with ruby red grapefruit, passion fruit, lychee and white peach aromas. On the palate, expect bright, focused citrus with hints of white pepper.

Jean-Luc Colombo Redonne Cotes du Rhone Blanc $22.99
A blend of Viognier and Roussanne (the former making up about two thirds) sourced from both granitic terraces and alluvial plains. About 20% of the finished wine is matured on its fine lees in two-year-old oak barrels, the rest also remains on its ‘lees’ in larger vats. Notes of dried fruits, hazelnut and a touch of honey. Viognier brings its finesse and aromatic richness, Roussanne brings strength and roundness; mango, apricot and tropical fruit on the palate gives an exotic note.

Resplendent Pinot Noir by Erath, Willamette $19.99
Luscious loganberry, Bing cherry and rising bread dough waft forth with a pleasing hint of caramel and aromatic sandalwood. The smooth, weighty palate offers cherry candy, pomegranate, candied orange peel and a touch of anise concluding with a nicely uplifting finish."

Joel Gott Grenache $14.99
The 2011 Alakai from Joel Gott has aromas of wild cherry and raspberry, with spicy notes of white pepper and anise. On the palate, the wine has complexity and elegance, rounded out by ripe fruit flavors and smooth tannins.

Faust Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley $69.99

78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec, 1% Cabernet Franc
Looking for a top tier Napa Cabernet without the hefty price tag? Try reaching for a second label of one of the most esteemed Napa Valley producers…..Faust is the second label of the sought after Quintessa.
Our Thoughts…….Bright, smooth, and rich ruby color with captivating aromas of black currant, red cherry, and spice are lifted out of the glass. The wine is inviting with a supple mouth-feel and notes of cassis, dark chocolate and ripe berries. The layers of complexity continue to develop throughout a silky finish. Ready to drink now, but will continue to age gracefully and develop over five to six years.

The Beers!!

Oozlefinch Idle Wonder Spiced Witbier 4 pack $16.99
Though fall is coming and colder days are right around the corner, us Oozlefinchers are holding on to the beautiful days spent on our outdoor waterfront patio.  We weren't quite ready to stop brewing those traditional summer beer styles, so we came up with Idle Wonder, a 5.4% witbier spiced with coriander and cardamom. With heavy additions of sweet and bitter orange peel in the whirlpool and a carefully calculated malt bill, this beer gives off a delightful citrus and honey aroma balanced with a light spice. The coriander, traditional in witbiers, was combined with a hefty amount of cardamom, making Idle wonder unique and adding just enough fall spice to make it a go-to on a brisk October day. With a creamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish, there is no wondering if this beer will satisfy your taste buds.

Speak Easy "Big Daddy" IPA 6 pack $12.99

6.5% ABV
No lightweight, Big Daddy I.P.A. tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a dry, clean finish that leaves the scene without a trace. ... fruity aroma with hoppy citrus and low bitter notes.

Perennial Artisan Ales Abraxas

ABV: 10.00% | IBU: 80
An Imperial Stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks. Pouring deep brown with a thick head, this beer has a complex body with a delicious lingering roastiness. Abraxas is brewed with unique ingredients intended to challenge and excite the palate. It may be enjoyed right away or allowed to age in the bottle. Vertical tastings are encouraged.
