The Wines!!
Klein Constancia Sauvignon Blanc $19.99

Bright in appearance with fresh flavours of grapefruit and gooseberry on the nose. A full bodied palate that is crisp and well rounded, a zesty acidity with a minerality specific to the Klein Constantia terroir. The wine concludes with long and refreshing finish.
Sticking to the basics, we created a wine made to better express the vineyards and truly respect the Klein Constantia terroir. Batches were hand sorted and the grapes were pressed gently, allowing optimal free run juice to be used.Close proximity to the sea results in winds that flow across the Constantia Valley from False Bay in the summer months, providing a perfect cooling effect on the higher altitude vineyards while the lower slopes enjoy warmer temperatures.

Klein Constantia’s premium Estate range is spearheaded by a world acclaimed and highly popular Sauvignon Blanc, and a Cabernet Sauvignon that regularly garners awards and praise as one of South Africa’s best wines.

Secateurs Chenin Blanc $16.99
Perhaps Chenin blanc’s greatest asset is its ever-present acidity, maintained even under warm growing conditions. While most would agree it reigns supreme when from its birthplace of the Loire Valley , Chenin is the most planted variety in South Africa .

Graham Beck Gamekeeper's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon $17.99
Great complexity of black berry fruit on the nose, which is well supported by spicy mineral and cigar box flavors. This wine has a rich and intense palate with a long finish.Great with rich, spicy meat dishes at barbecues, venison, or with strong cheeses.

Klein Constancia Estate Red $23.99
Intense and deep ruby red in colour with rich aromas of black fruit and elegant notes of sandalwood. The palate is full bodied and layered. Well integrated tannins give the wine a toned and precise structure. The wine concludes with a long velvety finish.

Our Estate Red Blend 2015 was made as elegant and terroir specific as possible. Using our new reverse tronconic tanks has allowed for maximum fruit expression during the fermentation process. Optimizing barrel selection and aging of the wine has also been a big focus in 2015.

Each parcel is carefully identified and blocks are split into multiple portions in order to harvest at the perfect ripeness. The grapes are then bunch and berry sorted to ensure that only the healthiest berries are selected. Malo-lactic fermentation takes place in 40 % new French oak barrels after alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months before blending and bottling.

Kanonkop Pinotage $45.99
A very complex wine with hints of red fruit flavours which reflects some Pinot Noir style elegance and structure. Big, bold tannin structures which are down played by ripe tannins and elegance.

2018 NEAL MARTIN REPORT
“The 2016 Black Label Pinotage was matured for 18 months in 100% new Vicard French oak and represents Kanonkop’s top Pinotage cuvée. It has a very refined bouquet of blackberry, red cherries, licorice and a touch of menthol. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, and as usual, it seems to suck up that new oak effortlessly. Rounded and quite sensual toward the finish, this is a gorgeous Pinotage (no oxymoron!) that really demonstrates what this grape variety can do in the right hands.”

The Beers!!
Stone Tropic Thunder Lager 19 oz. $2.99

ABV 5.8%. IBUs. 45
This beer was judged as an Experimental Beer (34C). The aroma is dominated by fruit from the abundance of aroma hopping. The fruitiness is very tropical, mostly mango and papaya, with a back note of herbal quality.
Imagine you set sail for a three hour tour. Let’s say from the Port of Escondido (work with us here). The weather started getting rough. Your tiny ship (but not lunch, thankfully) was tossed. Long story short: You’re marooned on a remote island somewhere near the Tropic of Thunder. The good news is that the Capt. of the S.S. Stone and her brewing kit were among the small cast of colorful characters that survived the rough voyage with you. Mainstays Citra & Mosaic along with newcomer Cashmere hops are joined by their juicy tropical aromas of citrus, pineapple and coconut (try stringing all that together in a catchy tune). The rescue ship will find you all soon enough. For now, set aside the non-working cell phone and lack of social media (again, work with us here), kick back and revel in your moment of tropical island lagoon serenity.

Evil Twin Ol Dorado 4 pack $19.99

ABV 7.0%
An American Style IPA newly on the market.
