The Wines!!

Thibault-Janisson Blanc de Chardonnay Brut $32.99
Claude Thibaut and Manuel Janisson bring to this sparkling wine generations of tradition from the Champagne Region of France. They have captured the flavors and essence of the Virginia Terroir. The Cuvee, made of 100% Chardonnay from the Monticello Appellation, has vibrant aromas of pear and ripe apples; the taste is perfectly balanced, crisp and refreshing.

Pouilly Fume' F. Blanchet Silice $19.99
As always with Blanchet’s Pouilly-Fumé, there is no need to brace yourself before drinking this—it’s equipped with fresh, creamy layers of delicate fruit. And, of course, “Cuvée Silice” is harmoniously dry, with a long mineral finish bursting with notes of gunflint and crushed stones.

Bouchaine Pinot Noir Carneros $29.99
Two years before retiring from his post at Bouchaine, veteran winemaker Michael Richmond produced the best Pinot Noir of his career — a bottle that blended the firm acid structure of a Côtes de Nuits with sumptuous New World dark-berry fruit, black earth tones, and sweet spice. But not a drop left the winery.

Richmond led Bouchaine for 15 years, transforming the estate into one of the crown jewels of Napa’s extremely cool Carneros AVA. Among Carneros Pinot Noir heavyweights like Donum, Patz & Hall, Etude, Saintsbury and Rockledge, Bouchaine is the oldest and most consistent producer of outstanding, age-worthy Pinots. The 100-acre estate lies on the southern border of Napa Valley’s Carneros AVA, overlooking the Napa-Sonoma Marsh.

Drumheller Cabernet Sauvignon $14.99
Full-bodied & Smooth. A full-bodied, balanced and juicy Washington State is made from the classic Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Aromas of black currant and blackberry and toasty oak. Pair with grilled meats and other hearty fare.

Salentin Primum Malbec $66.99
Malbec typically expresses deep flavors of blackberry, plum and licorice, appropriately backed by aromas of freshly turned earth and dense, chewy tannins. In warmer, New World regions, such as Mendoza, Malbec will be intensely ripe, and full of fruit and spice.
This wine takes all of those flavors to new heights and exceptional levels of balance, complexity and length.
