The Wines!!
Le Jade Viognier $9.99
Viognier, a grape famous in Virginia, is actually believed to have originated in Dalmatia.  Here in Southern France the grape enjoys warm sunny summers that help it develop heady aromas of honeysuckle, melon, guava, and ripe peach.  It is full and rich on the finish.  Almost opulent with just a tinge of acidity that makes it bright and fresh.  It works very well with richer dishes and even spicy curry sauce.

Castelmaure Vin-Gris Rose', Corbieres $16.99
Castelmaure was founded in Southern France in the 1920's.  The winery is located in the unofficial Corbières cru site of Durban in Southern France along the Mediterranean Sea just north of the Spanish border.  This rosé is a versatile warm weather sipper!  Drink it by the pool or pair it with your favorite picnic fare.  Fish on the grill, veggie kabobs, and Asian cuisine are just a few suggestions.

Domaine Corne Loup Tavel Rose' $16.99
Corne Loup Tavel represents the pinnacle of the rose Pyramid quality wise that can be achieved in the Southern Rhone. The town of Tavel has been famous for its rose wine since the time of the Popes in Avignon (1300’s).  The name "Corne Loup" is the name given to this part of the Tavel Village, where someone, back in the old days, used to blow the horn (corne) in order to warn everyone if there was any sight of a wolf (loup) coming into town.  This grenache blend is ideal for barbecues, grilled chicken, seafood and summer salads.

Domaine Manoir du Carra "Estate" $13.99
Located in the small town of Denice, south of Burgundy and in the heart of the Beaujolais area, Domaine Carra dates back to 1850, and has been in the Sambardier family for five generations. Lighter bodied red wine that can be served slightly chilled. Bright strawberry and raspberry fruit flavors.  Delicious with Coq au Vin, grilled sausage, and charcuterie.

Reverdy, Sancerre Rouge $19.99
Domaine Reverdy is located in Verdigny, one of the top villages in Sancerre.  It dates back to 1650 and has been in the family for about 10 generations.  While Sancerre is most famously an expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley  - as a red or rose wine it is 100% Pinot Noir!  The wine is spicy and juicy with cherry aromas and it pairs well with rabbit, roasted poultry, and ham.

Chateau des Arnauds, Bordeaux Rouge $14.99

Chateau des Arnauds is a small 5 acre estate founded by Paul Lassange in 1952.  The soil has a little more gravel, perfect for this grape varietal, giving some flinty, mineral, ripe clean fruit flavors. The vineyards are located just North of the Chateau des Landes, in the commune of Abzac, and it is planted with a perfect South sun exposure.  The wine is powerful and well structured in the mouth with round and silky tannins, ripe flavors of black fruits.

The Beers!!

Commonwealth Aureole Pilsner, 4 pack $14.99
ABV 5.4%, IBU 35
Pale Belgian malt unites with noble hops from Czech and Styria creating a clean, golden lager with a hint of malt sweetness followed by a refined and balanced finishing bitterness.

SixPoint Hi Res, 6 pack $20.99
"A DIPA taken to the extreme. Even at 115 IBUs and 10.5% the beer was pleasantly balanced. Strong citrus aroma from the hops dominated from the first smell to the last taste. When poured the cloudy dark amber hue obfuscated the glass. Even at 10.5% ABV the fuel taste of alcohol was hidden behind the thick body and bitterness of the hops. A worthwhile contender in DIPA category."

Solace Liquid Bling Double IPA, 4 pack $18.99
Hopped with Bitter Gold and Simcoe hops. Big notes of mango, grapefruit and pear.
