The Wines!!
Mittlebach T(Tegernseerhof) - Rose' $15.99
„The man with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds“ (Mark Twain) When we decided to implement this idea, the goal was clearly defined ... the best rosé from an indigenous grape - we wanted to convey the fun and attitude to life at the highest level! Wonderfully delicate scent of raspberry and cherry, herbs of weeds and lavender emphasize the subtle aroma of Zweigelt grape; juicy and dancing on the palate; inciting drinking fun!?

Tegernseerhof Terrassen Riesling $17.99
The stone terraces of the Wachau describe the highest cultural asset and have essential influence on typicality and uniqueness of the wines. Microclimates and different soil types characterize the unique individuality, which gives each of our locations‘ innate na- ture. Consistently, we turn our focus carving out of these fascinating details. Starting the harvest of our Riesling grapes, we first pick the ripest ones for this Federspiel wine from different vineyards in Loiben. In a corset of balanced acidity, the wine has time to devel- op and to sprout the fine aromas, like spring flowers. Sunny disposition and mineral ten- sion keep this Riesling under control!

Ruttenstock Gruner Veltliner $12.99
Almost Sauvignon Blanc like, this Gru¨ner has a very aromatic nose, some
citrus, classic white pepper and a clean fresh finish.

Alc: 12% Alc. 5.2 g/l acidity: 2.5 g/l residual sugar

Steininger Loisium Reserve Gruner Veltliner $21.99

94 pts. "Green Conference pear and earthy, salty yeast on the nose reappear with renewed vigor on the slender but buffered palate.
White pepper and celery salt tingle while fresh lemon and moss notes persists."

ANNE KREBIEHL MW

The Ried Loisium is the vineyard right behind the winery which surrounds the Loisium museum and the Loisium hotel.
The label shows Steven Holl's original blueprint of the entrance building, cellar world, and Spa Hotel.
?This wine is the perfect example of a typical Austrian Reserve Grüner Veltliner with mineral nuances showing balance and length. A fine bouquet is underlined by the
spice of white pepper.

Serving suggestion: perfect with fish, seafood, chicken, turkey, pork, vegetables and also Asian food.

click on Steven Holl, he built the Loisium and one of his newest projects is the expansion of the
Kennedy Center in Washington DC

Anton Bauer Wagram Cuvee' Red $17.99

Alc. 13.5%, RS 1g/l, AC 5g/l
40% Blaufrankisch 40% Zweigelt 15% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Merlot
Cherry fruit with amaretto tones, red berries and herbs. On the palate cherry fruit again, with dark berry aromas and a pleasant background of herbs, good extract fruit, fine soft tannin.
It finishes with a dry elegance and delicately herb tones of chocolate and cherries.
Although absolutely delicious on its own, it will complement beef, duck, grilled pork, tuna, and rich red sauces.

Hillinger Blaufrankisch $17.99
100% Blaufra¨nkisch
12,0 % ABV, 4,0 g/l Res. Sugar, 5,7 g/l Acidity

Intensive ruby-red color with purple rim, in the nose typical spice, bilberry, blackberry and cinnamon.
This impression is prolonged on the palate, supported by a firm body and grippy tannins. The long finish is ending with spice.
