The Wines!!
Kettmeier Pinot Grigio $24.99
ABV 13.0%
This wine has a bright golden hue with a refreshing nose that integrates classic pear and apple fragrances with elegant hints of floral and citrus. The palate, dry on entry, reveals substantial structure and lingering, refreshing savoriness that make this a versatile wine of outstanding personality.
FOOD PAIRINGS: A fine aperitif that is also a superb match for seafood salads, meat or fish-based starters served with succulent sauces, full-flavored soups, and white meats.?

Remhoogte Honeybunch Chenin Blanc $24.99
Golden in colour, you can see the richness of this wine shine from the moment you pour it.
It spends some time in oak, although does not have an ‘oakey’ profile, the wooden barrels help this wine develop its complexity. It has a nose of floral honeysuckle, acacia and limes.
The palate is rich and long; flavours of preserved lemon, honeydew melon, apricots and green peppers.

Alain Jaume Tavel Rose'  "Le Cretace" $24.99

60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre
Rosé de saignée (bleed technique) with a vibrant ruby color, complex and elegant, notes of crushed strawberries and rose petals. Tavel Le Cretace Rose gives up vibrant wild strawberry, watermelon, crushed flowers and hints of spice to go with a medium-bodied, layered and seamless profile on the palate.
A classic rose from this appellation, enjoy this beauty with food over the coming year or two.
Pair with roasted and/or spicy Turkey, sushi, seafood and grilled fish, asian food.

Review: "The medium to full-bodied 2017 Tavel Le Crétacé is a plump, dark hued rosé, as required by the appellation. Berries and melon aromas and flavors mingle easily, while the finish picks a distinctly chalky sensation. It should drink well through the end of 2019. - Joe Czerwinski"
- Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate (June 15th 2018), 91 pts

Tenet "The Convert" Red Blend $22.99
56% Syrah, 19% Merlot, 10% Grenache, 9% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon,
1% Barbera, 1% Cinsault, 1% Mourvèdre, 1% Viognier

Dense dark plum color with scarlet hues. Bright bramble and red cherry aromas, hints of black pepper and baking spices. Blackberry and black cherry flavors on the palate, complemented by toasted oak with gentle American spice influence. The palate is plush and round with excellent length and finesse.  Created through a unique collaboration between Washington state's Chateau Ste. Michelle and the Rhône's Michel Gassier - with consulting enologist Philippe Cambie - "The Convert" showcases the richness of classic Rhône-style wines, grown and blended in Washington state's Columbia Valley.
