Relax [it's just a hazy IPA] HAZY IPA

Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Carafoam
Yeast: London III  ABV: 6.8%  IBU: 50
Relax is the perfect name for this hazy IPA because it’s impossible not to when you’re drinking it. We use a combination of fruit-forward hops like Citra and Amarillo along with Centennial and Simcoe, to impart fruity, tropical and citrus notes, and London 3 yeast to give it that soft, round mouthfeel. No bitterness, no pucker. Just a smooth IPA that drinks like a breeze.

Retreat [this is a hazy double IPA] HAZY DIPA
Hops: Mosaic, Cashmere, and El Dorado
Malts: 2-Row, Flaked Oats
Yeast: London III  ABV: 8.6%  IBU: 50
This hazy DIPA is brewed with a simple malt bill and hopped heavily with fruit-forward Mosaic, Cashmere and El Dorado. Laced with delicate and aromatic tropical notes along with a bright berry medley and a crisp mouthfeel, it’s like diving into the Pacific on a 90 degree day. Seriously, nothin’ beats the heat, like Retreat
