The Wines!!
Tscherne 18 – Steiermark 2018 $12.99
50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Gris
Carefully handpicked and blended by Bettina Strauss. A Cuvee from Chardonnay,
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris from multiple vineyards.
Classic and aromatic vinification.

Tscherne 18  - Südsteiermark DAC Ried Hundsberg Sauvignon Blanc 2018 $24.99
The many years of knowledge and experience of farming this single vineyard has been drawn upon to create a wine that displays the marriage of terroir, history and the human hand. The wine rests on its lees for 6 months in used large barrels before being bottled.

Strauss Gelber Muskateller Classic 2018 $15.99
Classic stands for freshness, fruit- driven wines of typical Styrian origin. It is produced of grapes cultivated in numerous small vineyards in the winegrowing region in southern Styria. It is grown on a sandy loam soil with lime included.
Intensive flavors of elderflower, citrus notes, grapefruit and nutmeg on the palate, with a long citrus fruit, pineapple and rose petal aftertaste. The ideal aperitif.
Hand harvest and single berry selection
Maturation: in temperature controlled stainless steel tank.

Anton Bauer Wagram Pinot Noir 2016 $19.99
This Pinot Noir shows a precise balance between the fruit and acidity that makes it fresh and lively. It has a typical Pinot Noir nose with strawberries, raspberries and floral notes such as violets. On the palate the wine is well balanced, elegant and it has a long finish tasting of red berries. An all-purpose red, easy to drink and it pairs with many different dishes from fish and vegetables to lighter meat dishes and spicy food.

93pts”This Pinot Noir's aroma recalls very fine, pure redcurrant fruit and distant wood smoke. The slender palate allows the gentle smokiness to envelope the tart, fresh fruit, making it mellow and supple. It's resonant, fresh and elegant, with a fine grip and subtle power. Lovely.” ANNE KREBIEHL MW

Leo Hillinger Blaufränkisch 2016 (organic)  $17.99
Intensive ruby-red color with purple rim, in the nose typical spice, bilberry, blackberry and cinnamon. This impression is prolonged on the palate, supported by a firm body and grippy tannins. The long finish is ending with spice. 100% destemmed, 20% saignée, temperature controlled spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts for 4 – 5 weeks, 1/3 aged in
seasoned barriques for12 months, rest stainless steel.

The Beers!!

21st Amendment Blah, Blah, Blah Double IPA, 6 pack $14.99
Here at the 21st Amendment Brewery we are huge fans of IPA and love our hops like anyone else, but we also like to have fun.
... At 8% ABV, our Blah Blah Blah IPA is a deep gold color, double IPA (of course) and is jammed packed with hop flavors and aromas.

Commonwealth Wolf's Bane Double IPA, 4 pack $19.99

8.4% ABV
Styrian Wolf, Mosaic and Citra Hops

All new Double India Pale Ale made with our first time use of Styrian Wolf hops. At Commonwealth Brewing Company, we believe that beer should be adventurous, diverse, extremely drinkable, and sometimes wild. We uphold rustic farmhouse traditions, huge hop American styles, and the complex depths of wild fermentations. This fits on all counts!

Firestone Walker Violet Underground Wild Ale, aged in wine casks, 375mL, $15.99
Firestone Walker’s Barrelworks is turning up the volume with Violet Underground—a cross-Atlantic wild beer made with California golden raspberries and French candied violet petals, all fermented with native yeast shared by England’s Wild Beer Company.
“Violet Underground is an intentional head trip,” said Barrelworks’ master blender Jim Crooks. “It’s golden in color yet smells like raspberries, offering a bunch of unexpected sensory notes that all come together in the glass.”
