The Wines!!

Raventos Blanc Rose' Brut, Cava $29.99
XAREL·LO
Native variety that is planted on 50% of the entire estate. It is the first to bud, has the longest cycle of all our varieties, and at the harvest has the best sugar-acidity-intensity balance.
It is our seal of identity, the variety that allows the long ageing of our sparkling wines, due to its good agricultural performance and its aromatic and taste potential.

“Looking for colour, I found Monestrell from the western part of the Serral hill, which provides complexity without losing freshness”
Pepe Raventós

Peyrassol Commenderie Rose', Provence $24.99
This blend comes from the oldest grapes in the domaine. Their low yield produces full-bodied grapes which bear the hallmark qualities of the terroir.
The grapes (Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Ugni Blanc and Rolle) are picked when the temperature is coolest and are rapidly transported to the wine store to be vinified at the peak of their freshness.
During these operations the juice is protected from oxidation. The wines are then aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
Pale in colour, with soft rose-tinted overtones, Château Peyrassol radiates freshness. Its subtle nose of citrus, vine peach, apricot and fine floral notes is inviting.
It has a beautiful, dense palate, delicate and lively, and is notable for its balance and full body, punctuated by a long, fruity finish.
It is the perfect accompaniment to fish soups, carpaccios and all varieties of grilled fish, but will also add sparkle to red berry desserts.

Lioco Chardonnay $24.99
brilliant, focused and nuanced, with plenty of citrus, lemon peel, white pepper and orchard fruit nuances.
This is one of the very best values in California Chardonnay readers will come across. Vinfication and aging in steel keeps the flavors fresh throughout.
A selection of premier RRV vineyards compose this wine including Butch Cameron, Teac Mor, & Goldridge.
All sites situated 8-10 miles from the coast in gravelly loam & sandstone soils known as Goldridge.
This growing region distinguished by its proximity to the cold Pacific Ocean & its complex relationship to the Russian River.

Castello La Leccia ViVaio Del Cavaliere $15.99
Although typically complex, many rare red-wine blends do conform to certain patterns.
Many are regional twists on the classic Bordeaux Blend; by adding their local signature grape to a basic Cabernet-Merlot blend, many regions have successfully broadened the appeal of their wines while maintaining a degree of regionality.
In Italy, this is done with local specialties such as Sangiovese.

Chateau Massiac Minervois Rouge $18.99
This is the most important wine of the estate, a serious red vinified to reflect its capacity to age.
The grapes are harvested at a point of slight “surmaturité” which captures the profound scents and flavors of the surrounding hillside “garrigue”.

The Beers!!

Solace Brewing Gute Nacht OktoberFest, 4 pack $15.99
6% ABV; No IBU
Malty and full-bodied, this classic Marzen-style lager is the perfect beer to kick of the fall season.

Jailbreak Special Lady Friend IPA, 6 pack $15.99

7% ABV | No IBUs

Special Lady Friend is very special indeed, an all Mosaic hazy IPA which results from the culmination of experience gained through the last year or so of thoughtful experimentation with varied yeasts, hops, and procedural techniques. Originating from a sturdy base of 2-row, white wheat, and flaked oats, Special Lady Friend boasts a purified expression of Mosaic, given that Mosaic lupulin constitutes 50% of the dry hop by weight. Overripe pineapple, candied orange, and the fresh essence of blueberry dominate the nose, while the palate experience melds into a pithy melange of tropical fruit, ultimately resulting in a dry, yet soft, elegant finish.
Cheers!

Modern Times Critical Band IPA, 4 pack $16.99

6.7% ABV; 60 IBU
This deeply juicy stunner in the mold of City of the Sun and Booming Rollers is brewed with Denali, Ekuanot, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops.
The result is a blast wave of pineapple, papaya, and pink grapefruit over a crisp, restrained malt bill, before wrapping up in a soft, round finish
that leaves you with warm feelings and an intense desire for another sip.
