The Wines!!
Highway 12 Sauvignon Blanc $16.99
We love Sauvignon Blanc and after a few years of vineyard experimentation, we have found our 2 vineyard sources that support the expression and character we believe in. The arrangement for this wine is simple; a couple of vineyards combined with straightforward winemaking protocols with a few twists.
The winemaking team called for a mid-harvest pick to encourage riper flavors yet maintaining ideal acid levels for structure. While the wine was mostly fermented and aged in stainless steel we set aside a small lot for barrel fermentation and barrel aging, all neutral.
The result is a wine exhibiting vibrant flavors of melon, guava and apricot with a shiny, bright finish.
Vineyard selection here shows why Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc can be so rewarding.

Chateau De L'Escarelle Coteaux Varois Rose', Provence $14.99
Grenache 80%, Syrah 5%, Cinsault 15% Blend.
On the nose delicate & elegant floral aromas, with clean flavors of strawberry and blossom, with lively minerality.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or an accompaniment to southern French dishes.?

LangeTwins Chardonnay, Lodi, CA $14.99
Our 2018 vintage is a fresh and fruity Chardonnay mellowed by an integrated richness from sur-lie aging.
Bright tropical aromas are joined by vanilla aromatics that follow through to the palate.
With a balance between the fruit notes and fresh creamery butter, it is a pleasing style with both richness and freshness.

LangeTwins Pinot Noir, Lodi, CA $19.99
A true handcrafted wine made in a Burgundian style with native-malolactic fermentation and ten months of neutral French oak barrel aging;
Our 2017 Pinot Noir is a wine with finesse.
The aroma and flavors of cranberry and cherry cola with floral elements of lavender and rose create a welcoming balance.
Finishing with a smooth texture, alongside structure and depth, make this a well-rounded wine.
Food Pairing Notes Cheese: Brie / Meat: Lamb, Tuna / Sauce: Light Red / Dessert: Créme Brulee

Sand Point Merlot $14.99
Focused raspberry fruit and vanilla aromas merge with dark berry flavors and ripe cherry.
The approachable opening merges with a cocoa powder note and smooth tannins from twelve months of French oak aging to create a concentrated wine.
Food Pairing Notes Cheese: Parmesan / Meat: Chicken, Duck / Sauce: Light Tomato / Dessert: Chocolate

Highway 12 Sonoma Red Blend $24.99
A fruity, leathery nose offers a glimpse into what unfolds on the palate.
Hefty, bright notes of ripe blackberry, currant jelly and a tinge of sweet tobacco fill the senses with the first sip.
As this breathes, it softens into  something exceptionally smooth and round, a result of the introduction of soft tannins and lightly burnt toffee oak.
The fig jam finish lingers. A big, beautiful wine.
Enjoy this with a marbled ribeye with blue cheese butter or a grilled coffee rubbed pork loin with a plum and marsala reduction.

The Beers!!
Commonwealth, The Wealth, Blonde Saison, 4 pack $14.99
Effervescent and filled with billowing golden currents, the Blonde Saison is more complex than she appears.
Multi-layered notes of fruit, spices and bread mingle with our carefully cultivated yeast strain to achieve this dry, Belgian-style ale.

Founders Bourbon Barrel Underground Mountain Brown, 4 pack $17.99

ABV - 11.9% IBU - 30
BREWED WITH COFFEE AND AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS
Underground Mountain Brown is the harmonious drinking experience only achieved when our imperial brown ale, earthy Sumatra coffee and a year aging in caves below Grand Rapids come together. A team of malts complement the bold Sumatra coffee perfectly, while time spent immersed in oak creates layers of depth and complexity. A celebration of the barrel, the bean and everything in between.

Anderson Valley Salted Caramel Porter, 4 pack $15.99

ABV 6.0 IBU 16
This slightly sweet porter is brewed with select additions of crystal malts and sea salt to create flavors of peanut brittle and caramel without being cloying. The medium body and mouthfeel lay the perfect foundation to support the rich vanilla, oak, and bourbon flavors imparted by extended aging in Wild Turkey® barrels.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Chocolate-covered bacon, bread pudding, grilled ham and Gruyère panini
