The Wines!!

Antonelli Grechetto $16.99
100% Grechetto
Grechetto Bianco (commonly abbreviated to just Grechetto) is a white grape variety grown in central Italy. While also planted in Lazio and Tuscany ,
the grape is most strongly associated with Umbria and is used in the production of the peach-scented wines of Orvieto DOC .
Antonelli is an Organic producer based out of Montefalco.  They cultivate a diverse microcosm of crops beyond grapevines, including olives, vegetables, and small fruit stands.
Their Grechetto spends 3 months aging in stainless steel with direct contact on the lees, yielding a wine full, rounded wine that is perfect for the autumn months.
The nose leads with notes of honeysuckle, hawthorn, citrus, and peach, while the palate has elements of white blossoms and lemon curd.

Castellucci Miano $19.99
"Miano" is made from 100% Catarratto, a native Sicilian grape that has grown on the island for over a thousand years.
This is one of the most beautiful wines in the world for both its bouquet and flavor profile. Catarrato means "Cataract" or "Waterfall" in English.
A Sicilian white wine that allows you to dream, that allows you to see all the great Sicilian heritage that this company has available.
An heritage to be protected, to be valued and to be transferred into the glass with passion, sweat and dedication.
The nose opens with honeysuckle, a touch of cream, and red delicious apples.
The palate has the barest whisper of sweetness, with a soft, buttery shoulder and elements of fresh lemon.

Cosimo Taurino, Salice $19.99
Cosimo Taurino Farm in Guagnano, a small town in Salento, from generations produces fine wines of superior quality.
By the loving care for the vines and for the land are obtained red, rosé and white wines of Salento by fine workmanship, from grapes vinified using traditional techniques.
This southern Italian red boasts an old-world earthy and spicy character surrounding its dark berry fruit notes.
The nose is floral, with notes of strawberry and cinnamon, while the palate is juicy, full of strawberries, cherries, cocoa, and a hint of leather.
This is a great match for slow cooked roasts, charcuterie, and hard Italian cheeses.

Antonelli Montefalco Reserva $34.99
Traditional wine made by blending Sangiovese, Sagrantino and other red grapes, including Merlot.
Ruby red in colour. Olfactory impact intense and fruity, with hints of cherry and wild berries.
To the palate it is dry, balanced and well structured. The freshness provided by the Sangiovese gives it an excellent drinkability.
This is given 12 months in neutral french oak, followed by another 6 months in cement, producing a wine with incredible structure and balance.
The palate is forward and architectural, with notes of cherries, strawberries, and wild herbs.
A quality table wine that goes well with flavoursome first courses (ravioli, risotto, tagliatelle); red meat and mature cheeses.

Antica Torino Rosso Sweet Vermouth $29.99
Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli founded the Antica Torino company to produce and rediscover traditional Piedmontese aromatized wines, liqueurs and spirits, creating new recipes inspired by traditional ones. Their first product could only be a vermouth, the symbol of the city’s excellence and elegant lifestyle.
While the recipe is a secret, Antica Torino infuses their vermouth with a wide array of botanicals: Wormwood, gentian, red Italian thyme, ginger, and vanilla bean, just to name a few.
Straddling a delicate balance of bitter and sweet, this is a perfect close to a long meal over a block of ice, or blended into a cocktail, where its aromatic complexity can bloom.

Vermouth Rosso derives from constant work at the distillery and from continual experimentation and tasting, with the aim of creating an organoleptic masterpiece.
Research into the recipe took many months and many versions of the product to arrive at the definitive one inspired by the most ancient Savoy recipes.
The ingredients include home-grown herbs such as absinthe, rhubarb and gentian, grapefruit peel, vanilla pods, rosemary and red thyme, which country-dwellers have always used to aromatize their wines.
Thirteen botanicals in all, entirely natural (with no ready-made dyes), processed individually and on a cottage-industry basis, whose complete list remains a secret according to the best Piedmontese tradition: each vermouth, in fact, has its own formula, jealously guarded within the family.
