The Wines!!
Santa Alessandra Pinot Grigio $13.99
100% Pinot Grigio
Alcohol: 12%vol.

Color: Gold colored, with shades of coppery or yellow onion peel.
Fragrance: It starts its olfactory sensations with mineral hints and fruity ones like pomegranate. Hints of white fruit, pear and Golden apple.
Flavour: Its flavour is full and rich, with hints of ripe yellow fruit. Structured and balanced, long and complex, its strong taste makes it a wine with a strong personality and versatile.
Food Pairings: Hearty soups, risotto, pasta with tomato, white meat or fish sauces. It goes well with white meats, fried or baked fish, or fish with tomato souce. Ideal as aperitif.

Grechetto Colli Martani $15.99
A Colli Martani wine style worthy of extra mention is the Grechetto di Todi varietal.
Grechetto di Todi is a sub-variety of the standard white Grechetto grape, named after the Todi commune in the south-west of the Martani hills.
Its low yields mean the wines it produces have particularly concentrated flavors.

CastelVecchio Piemonte Rosso $12.99

Nebbiolo – Barbera – Dolcetto
Ruby red in color, in time develops garnet tones. It has an intense and mature aroma, full body with a fresh taste of red berries.
It has a pleasant “fresh” wine nose, which becomes ethereal while aging
A wine with fresh fruit taste and great character that ages well.

Fattoria Lavacchio Chianti Rufina DOCG $19.99
Chianti Rufina is the most famous of the seven subzones that fall under Italy's iconic Chianti DOCG.
The area, in the hills to the east of Florence, has a more continental climate and higher altitude that makes a Sangiovese -based wine in possession of good tannins and acidity:
closer in style to the prestigious Chianti Classico DOCG than its contemporaries.

Gandinaia Rosso, Syrah, Tenuta Colombarola $19.99
COLOUR: bright ruby-red with slight garnet highlights.
AROMA: slightly dried black berries (marasca cherry, elderberry, blueberry and blackcurrant) with a pleasant hint of wild strawberries. Floral scents (pinks, violets, dried red rose) with overtones of aromatic golden-leaf tobacco, liquorice and a balsamic pepper mix. A perfectly integrated and pleasant vanilla and oaky aroma.
FLAVOUR: a good structure, elegant and well-balanced alcohol, softness and acidity; pleasant and round with intense, soft tannins well blended into the structure. The aftertaste starts off reminiscent of black fruits and golden-leaf tobacco, and closes with a long, rich finish of vanilla and spice.

It goes well with traditional pasta dishes from Emilia (lasagna, tortellini, cannelloni), furred game, red meat (grilled and braised meat), hard or medium-hard cheese.

The Beers!!

Erdinger OktoberFest, 6 pack $12.99
The wheat aroma with a fruit and clove hint combines with a strong malty flavour at the back .
ERDINGER Oktoberfest blends the advantages of our well known wheat beer with the traditional Oktoberfest taste.
A grainy flavour and lovely hoppiness. The feel and crispness of our wheat-based speciality with an Oktoberfest body.

Offshoot Relax IPA, 4 pack $16.99

6.8% ABV 42 IBU
Relax features fruity, tropical and citrusy hop notes and a round, soft mouthfeel of a hazy IPA.

Dogfish Head World Wide Stout, 4 pack $49.99, Single $12.99
A dark, roasty stout aged in oak barrels on vanilla beans. Rare and often rumored about in the darkest corners of the beer community.
Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, roasty and complex.
This Ageable Ale clocks in at
15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer.
World Wide debuted in the winter of 1999, and the staying power of this brew is undeniable.
