The Wines!!
Fernlands, Sauvignon Blanc (2018) $12.99

Born of the Waihopai Valley, The Ned represents the vibrant diversity that is so prevalent in the Marlborough wine-growing region.
One of Marlborough’s famous peaks, The Ned mountain served as the playground for Marisco founder, Brent Marris, during his youth.
This Sauvignon Blanc has lively aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, anise and minty herbs.
Fruity, supple and easygoing, with a touch of sweetness to its grapefruit pith flavor.
With its attractive sugar/acid balance there's nothing austere about this fruit-driven sauvignon.

Meyer-Fonné, Alsace Edelzwicker (2017) $19.99 - Liter

Félix Meyer is a rising star in Alsace and has an evident instinct for his craft.
He is the third generation in his family to be making wine since his grandfather founded the domaine in the late 19th century.
Since taking over in 1992, Félix has already left his own mark, modernizing equipment in the winery, developing export sales,
and now expanding the family’s holdings in many of Alsace’s great vineyard sites, including several grand crus.
It’s all about the details at Meyer-Fonné, with an emphasis on tradition and respect for terroir.
The winery and family home is in the village of Katzenthal, known for its distinctive granite soils.

60% Pinot Blanc, 15% Muscat, 15% Chasselas, 10% Riesling

Quentin Harel, Morgon Les Charmes (2018) $24.99

Exciting things are happening in the Beaujolais: a new generation is now following in the footsteps of these early pioneers to
make the region one of France’s most dynamic. Quentin Harel perfectly epitomizes this explosion of young talent, having
recently taken over the family domaine in the town of Saint-Étienne-des-Ouillières. His Morgon parcel that consists of 80
year-old vines lies in the lieu-dit Charmes, a higher-altitude site prone to giving lively, elegant, and mineral wines—an ideal fit for his style.

Domaine de Fontsainte, Corbières (2017) $16.99

The first vineyards at Domaine de Fontsainte, in the Corbières appellation, were planted by the Romans.
Artifacts found in these vineyards, such as an old coin dating from the time of Marcus Agrippa in 25 A.D., are a testament to its antiquity.
The original domaine was built around a thermal spring, which was later named for the local,
twelfth-century patron saint, Saint Siméon; hence Fontsainte—the saint’s fount.
Yves Laboucarié’s family has been making wine here since the seventeenth century.

Their rouge is a blend of 60% Carignan, 30% Grenache Noir, and 10% Syrah.

Vina Robles, Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Paso Robles (2017) $24.99

Vina Robles is the result of a unique personal trajectory, one that led winery founder Hans Nef from a rural village outside
Zurich, Switzerland to the rugged terrain of California’s Central Coast.
As a child in Switzerland, Nef learned to appreciate his rural surroundings and the blessings of agriculture.
It was this special appreciation that lead him to expand his interests into agricultural land in the southern United States in the early 1990s.
At the same time, he leveraged his passion for fine wine into his own wine import business, furthering his appreciation for California wines.
Vina Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 20 months in oak.
It is full-bodied with cassis and blueberry, licorice notes, chewy and chalky tannins.

The Beers!!
Solace Brewing Crazy Pils, 4 pack $12.99
Dulles, VA

ABV: 5.2%
Style: PilsnerCzech-style Pilsner brewed with German malts and Saaz hops.
Clean and crisp.

Crooked Run Heart and Soul IPA, 4 pack $16.99
Leesburg, VA

Our first core beer is Heart and Soul.  This is a new-school IPA that borrows from New England style and is a little bit like a west coast IPA as well.
Developed this beer after trying some IPAs that I found reminiscent of a juice bomb beer but a little bit easier drinking.
The beer utilizes English ale yeast, wheat malt, Mosaic, and 007 hops.
The water chemistry and grain bill leaves a soft, juicy beer with a little bit of haze, pleasant Mosaic sweetness, and bit of 007 dankness.
With a small charge of bittering hops, the beer has some stable bitterness and can sit on the shelf for a bit.

Trailblazer New England Style IPA, 4 pack $19.99

ABV: 8% | Hops: Citra, Centennial

Our signature New England style IPA, Trailblazer hits you with a bouquet of fresh citrus from the first crack of the can.
A copious amount of Citra hops impart bold resinous orange characteristics with light tropical undertones and finishes with an onslaught of pithy grapefruit zest.
