The Wines!!
Celine & Laurent Tipoz Cremant de Bourgogne $29.99
The Cremant de Bourgogne is 100% Chardonnay from various plots around the property.
Laurent and Celine decided early on that they had to invest to make everything at the property instead of sending their juice to a "champagnisateur."
After a few years of doing two versions, one with dosage and one without, they decided to make only one cuvee without any additions, dosage or otherwise,
which has become one of the most successful sparking wines of the region.

Alphonse Mellot" La Moussiere" Sancerre Blanc $35.99

#51 WINE ENTHUSIAST  TOP 100 2018
This wine comes from Mellot's home domaine of La Moussière, It is young and intense, with a mix of spice, concentrated citrus and crisp acidity.
The depth of flavor in this wine is extraordinary and merits aging. Drink from 2020.  -
ROGER VOSS

Domaine Jean Brocard Chablis, St. Claire $26.99

Top 100 Wine Spectator 2018
The Sainte Claire Chablis expresses with a great deal of finesse the typicity of its Chablis soil: the Kimmeridgian.
Made from Chardonnay grapes, this vintage expresses the singularity of our wines through its strength, precision and freshness.
Tasting. On the nose, notes of lemon, yellow fruits.

Chateau Cissac-Reflets, Haut Medoc $23.99

Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Special complex red with deep tones and long aftertaste. blackcurrant and plum in this dark red.
On the nose aromas of Blackcurrant, Blackcurrant leaves, plum, roasted coffee beans.
The palate has fresh acidity, moderate concentration, firm tannins that are ripe but slightly dry, and moderate length.
Overall this is a very well balanced and approachable young Bordeaux.

Domaine des Lises Crozes Hermitage $44.99
Domaine des Lises began with the 2004 vintage. It is a project from Maxime Graillot, son of winemaker, Alain Graillot; Alain is world-famous for his meticulous, expressive, and delicious Syrahs. Maxime takes after his father in his love and admiration of the grape’s potential. Based in Crozes-Hermitage, Maxime is a very focused winemaker, producing artisanal wines with maximal varietal and terroir expression. The vineyards are close in proximity to his father’s, so they have the same exposure, elevation, and density.
One of the smallest and most important Syrah regions of northern Rhone, Hermitage is practically one single south-facing slope of crushed granite, thinly covered with varied, yet well-charted soil types. Many climats (well identified parcels) exist within Hermitage and while some smaller producers make single climat Syrahs, some larger ones blend to make one balanced expression of the appellation.

Chateau Siran, Second de Siran Margaux $44.99
Sourced from the vineyard’s young plots and from a selection of the First Wine that varies according to the vintage.
The average age of the vines is between 5 and 15 years and, depending on the vintage, the volume of S de Siran is 30 to 40% of the total volume of production of the estate’s Margaux appellation wine.
The grape composition is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
This wine, which we look on as the little brother of the First Wine, is made with the same care and attention that the First Wine receives.
It displays both charm and complexity and generally should be enjoyed within 5 to 7 years of age.
Ideal drunk young and popular with numerous restaurants, it pairs well with white and red meats as well as with pasta dishes, pies and soufflés.

The Beers!!
Reason Brewing Perpetual Bloom IPA, 4 pack $13.99
This delicious IPA starts with a subtle malt backbone and adds an incredible amount of hop flavor for a beer
that delivers big bright tones of citrus, pine, and melon with a super clean and refreshing finish.

Victory Brewing Cloud Walker Hazy IPA, 4 pack $12.99
Soaring far beyond hazy, this dry-hopped hazy juicy IPA explodes as tropical and fruity elements float through cloudy formations to elevate hops to the highest pedestal.
With its expert dosing of oats, wheat and lactose, Cloud Walker delivers a pillowy soft mouthfeel showcasing an opaque, orangey-blonde color.

Kasteel Tripel, 4 pack $19.99

11.0 ABV
A West Flemish tripel through and through, enriched with Belgian hops. Brewery CEO Xavier Van Honsebrouck firmly states that this Tripel is as solid as a castle,
and let’s be fair, there are few Tripels that achieve such a high alcohol content.
A really good Looker with almost an amber tone and an enticing foam.
The very sweet aromas are repeated in the initial attack.
Fortunately, the bubbles clean the sweet palate and infuse the spices into the tongue to help this accompany food.
