The Wines!!
Elizabeth Spencer Sauvignon Blanc $19.99
Hay and quince and a touch of Sugar Snap pea on the nose.
These fresh qualities are countered by delicate honeysuckle and apple, with a crisp finish of citrus fruit and a smidgen of cut grass.
A fresh, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with a vibrant intensity that is well-balanced with good acidity and a lively, refreshing finish.

Alain Jaume Tavel Rose' "Le Cretace" $24.99
60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre
Rosé de saignée (bleed technique) with a vibrant ruby color, complex and elegant, notes of crushed strawberries and rose petals.
91 Points The Wine Advocate
"The medium to full-bodied 2017 Tavel Le Crétacé is a plump, dark hued rosé, as required by the appellation.
Berries and melon aromas and flavors mingle easily, while the finish picks a distinctly chalky sensation. It should drink well through the end of 2019.”

90 Points The Wine Enthusiast
"Bold, ripe and juicy, this deeply hued rosé offers concentrated raspberry and red-cherry flavors accented by spice, toast and nut.
It's luscious in mouthfeel, rimmed by a delicate whisper of tannins.
A spicy, structured rosé, it would pair well with cold-weather fare and has enough staying power to last through the fall of 2019."

Gainey Ranch Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills $24.99
Gainey Vineyard Pinot Noir is crafted exclusively from grapes grown at two vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills appellation located at the western edge of the Santa Ynez Valley – Evan’s Ranch & Rancho Esperanza. These cool, marine-influenced sites, just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, are ideal for the cultivation of world-class Pinot Noir.
Rich, deeply favored with excellent depth and complexity. Give me a ribeye steak!!

Casarena Malbec, Noiki's Vineyard $19.99

On the nose, marked floral profile characteristics of this property, as well as the typical notes of the varietal: plums and fresh red fruit with floral notes and a subtle touch of spices from the local flora. Limestone outcroppings in the vineyard create a mineral texture and fresh mouthfeel with polished tannins.
It is a complex and balanced wine with a long finish.Pair with slow-braised short ribs, bacon-wrapped dates, or spicy cheeses.

Critical Acclaim

RP 92
Robert Parker's Wine AdvocateThe fourth crop from new vines usually yields very concentrated juice full of flavors and aromas, as it's the first time the plant is able to produce enough grapes as the root system should be properly established and it feels like the plant has been waiting to express itself. It combines some herbal aromas with plenty of violets, very floral and aromatic. The palate revealed fine tannins and very good acidity and balance. The violets kept growing as the wine sat in the glass. Very showy. Quite impressive, especially for a warmer, riper year.
WS 92 Wine Spectator
Ripe, rich and robust, with a complex mix of ground coffee, chocolate and dark fruit flavors. Asian spice notes fill in midpalate.
The finish that is loaded with cocoa powder and cream accents. Drink now through 2020.

Antoine Ogier "Lou Camine" Lirac $17.99
Pristine fruit and savory, earthen complexities set this full-bodied, plush Lirac apart from its peers.
Rich but crisp black-cherry and mulberry flavors have an elevated edge of acidity as well as integrated complexities of green olive, granite and dried herb.
The finish is moderately long, marked by ripe but firm, grippy tannins. Enjoy now – 2023.  -

The Beers!!

Maine Beer Co. Lunch IPA, 12 oz $8.99
100 Points from RateBeer
"Nose is piney, lemon, orange zest, some subtle grapefruit notes, tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is round, carbonated, malty.
Taste is bitter grassy, pine up front, fruity grapefruit, creamy orange notes on the end.
Finish is fruity medium bitterness, balanced complexity. Lunch is a superbly balanced, expertly crafted IPA. Excellent."

SixPoint Atomic Reserve Triple IPA, 6 pack $18.99

Hops: Citra, Galaxy, Mandarina Bavaria, and Idaho 7 Hop Hash
Going inside the hop cone to extract its precious content—this is the essence of RESIN.
Hop Hash takes this concept to its realized extreme, as pure lupulin collected during pelletization is preserved,
then frozen with liquid nitrogen and shattered into the beer during dry-hopping.
The result is a chain reaction of hop intensity going off in every sip.
Experience pure juice at the ATOMIC level!
