This weekends Special Selections!!

Monmousseau Touraine Sauvignon Blanc $15.99
This white wine is made from grapes pressed just after harvest After
"de´bourbage" (clarification) the juice is ready for fermentation.
The vinification is made in our thermo-regulated vats at a temperature of fermentation kept between 18 and 20°C maximum.
These low temperatures of fermentation bring a "fat" note to the wine and enhance its roundness while correcting its bitterness.
After the alcoholic fermentation, the wines are racked, stabilized, and filtered, then, soon after, they are bottled so as to preserve their fresh bouquet.
A delicate straw-like yellow colour.
Slightly musky aromas of flowers and citrus fruit.
The wine is young and fresh, but keeps its fat and round character to the taste, with a long-lasting note.
Serve chilled at 6°C (42°F).
Remarkable as an aperitif wine, it will express all its flavour when tasted with fish or seafood.

Rock and Vine Chardonnay $16.99

A light straw color in the glass, and immediately presents aromas of tangerine and white peach, with a subtle hint of rose hanging just above a light caramel.
The mouth is bright and clean, with round, layered flavors of fresh Asian pear, juicy ripe orange, and wild flower honey.
A Chardonnay for those who prefer less oak and more fruit, the Rock & Vine Chardonnay will shine
with a cheese plate with honey-drizzled chevre and a hard-rind nutty sheep’s milk cheese, served with fig paste, candied nuts, and slices of fresh apple.

Gainey Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills, Monterrey $24.99

Gainey Vineyard Pinot Noir is crafted exclusively from grapes grown at two vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills appellation
located at the western edge of the Santa Ynez Valley – Evan’s Ranch & Rancho Esperanza.
These cool, marine-influenced sites, just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, are ideal for the cultivation of world-class Pinot Noir.
Rich, deeply favored with excellent depth and complexity. Give me a ribeye steak!!

Vina Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles $24.99

The fruit for our Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from three of our estate vineyards in Paso Robles. It was handpicked at night in small lots to ensure perfect quality and ripeness. Afterwards, the fruit was destemmed and gently crushed into temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Pumpovers took place

regularly to enhance color and help extract tannins from the skin. After pressing, the wine was racked into barrels to complete malolactic fermentation and aging. Before bottling, we blended in 15% Petit Verdot and 10% Tannat from our Huerhuero Vineyard to round out the blend. The Petit Verdot softens out the tannins while the Tannat enhances the structure.
