The Wines!!
Nitida Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Nitida Farm Winery is located in the heart of the Durbanville Wine Valley, about 1 hour from Cape Town, South Africa.
Owners Bernhard & Peta Veller purchased the land in 1990, and the first vines were planted two years later.
The Sauvignon Blanc is a dazzling blend of nectarine and guava flavors with hints of orange orchid and white pepper.

Zerba Gavi 2018

100% Cortese.
In 1973, Ida Cozzio and Livio Lorenzi purchased La Zerba, a country estate in Ligurian-Piedmont Apennines, amongst the beautiful green hills of Gavi.
The winery fully converted to organic viticulture with the 2015 harvest.
The wine shows a pale straw/yellow color, a delicate and quite elegant bouquet with a pleasing floral scent mingled with honeydew melon.
Round on the palate, a nice body and a good balance between acidity and the ripe fruits.
The finish is long, clean and persistent.

Reverdy Sancerre Rosé 2018

100% Saignee' Pinot Noir
The wine shows a pale salmon pink color and offers delicate aromas of roses and orange blossom that will develop into gooseberry and peach blossoms as the temperature in the glass rises.
The palate is crisp, lean and elegant, but the flavors are quite persistent with cherry, blackcurrant, apricot and red currant aromas.
This wine has limited availability and is drinking at its absolute best right now!

Thorn-Clarke Terra Barossa Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot

69% Shiraz, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot.
The nose is a complex mixture of lifted berry fruit, pencil shavings/chocolate oak and ripe plums, with a floral lift from the Petit Verdot component.
The palate is medium to full bodied.
Due to the complexity of the blend, the palate starts with sweet plums and spice and then turns to blackcurrants and licorice with dark chocolate interwoven throughout the mouth.
Soft and supple tannins are followed by a bold, persistent finish.

Rinaldi "Celle" Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

A rare, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Piemonte region of Italy.
"Celle" is the name of the vineyard and literally means prison.
But the roots of its name sink in history, since in 1800 the tradition wanted that in the best hill of the territory everybody had small pieces of land called "cells".
The wine highlights the wonderful intensity of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
The nose is spicy and the palate is very smooth and long.
There is a balance of acidity with supple tannins and red fruit notes.

The Beers!!
