The flavors are beautifully balanced with a vibrant and refreshingly dry finish.
Wonderful as an aperitif to begin a great dinner and evening, pairs very well with Sushi,

Juve Y Camps Cava Brut, Rose' of Pinot Noir $16.99
Aromas of dusty earth, wet brick and mild red fruits set up a fresh, medium-bodied palate.
Dry, full-force flavors of orange and cantaloupe finish with lively bubbles and some coarseness.

Alain Jaume Cotes du Rhone Rose' $17.99

It is a medium-bodied, satin-textured, fruity, well-balanced wine

Bright shiny light copper in color. The glass is filled with ripe pear, fresh papaya and rose petal aromas.
The mouth-feel is rich and elegant with great structure and wonderful layers.
This Rosé has lovely balance between the fresh fruit, fine tannins, good minerality and graceful acidity.
The wine is very savory and has a long finish with creamy yeast and nice classic chalk notes.
