Daou Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaida District, CA $18.99

The first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc from this producer is a complex and lively white wine to balance their rich red portfolio.
Aromas of jalapeño, green herbs and wet cement meet with nectarine on the nose, while the zesty palate combines bell pepper, lime peel, peach and tropical fruit.

Starting with the only white I was able to taste, the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Estate showed brilliantly, with a Bordeaux Blanc-like bouquet of lemon oil, crushed citrus, white flowers, and background oak. Rich, medium to full-bodied, and beautifully balanced, this is a stunning Sauvignon Blanc.
Rock and Vine Chardonnay $16.99
Rock & Vine Chardonnay is a light straw color in the glass, and immediately presents aromas of tangerine and white peach,
with a subtle hint of rose hanging just above a light caramel.
The mouth is bright and clean, with round, layered flavors of fresh Asian pear, juicy ripe orange, and wild flower honey.
A Chardonnay for those who prefer less oak and more fruit, the Rock & Vine Chardonnay will shine with a cheese plate with honey-drizzled chevre and a hard-rind nutty sheep’s milk cheese, served with fig paste, candied nuts, and slices of fresh apple.
Foncalieu "Les Illustres" Cotes D'Enserune Red $19.99
Les Illustres is a smoking blend of 60% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Malbec that comes from vineyards around Beziers.
Inky purple in color, it offers fantastic notes of smoky black fruits, tobacco leaf, ripe herbs and dark chocolate
that flow to a full-bodied, seamless and thrillingly textured wine that has building tannin, solid mid-palate depth.
Treana Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles $29.99
Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 4% Petite Verdot, 3% Petite Sirah
At first glance, this dark crimson wine sets the stage for the beautiful aromas of warm chocolate, roasted coffee & toasty cedar.
On the palate, intense dark fruit, sweet vanilla combine with smoky-oak to give a long rich mouth feel that finishes with balanced acidity and moderate, velvety tannins.
