The Wines!!
Chablis, Jean M Brocard, Domaine St. Claire $26.99

On the nose, notes of lemon, yellow fruits.
The mouth is wrapped, balanced, and tangy. A specific wine while gluttony.
Pair with shellfish, salmon, tuna, sole gateau net for pears, or vanilla cream.

Les Caprices D'Anais, Bordeaux Rose' $8.99

Pale pink with salmon hues.
The aromatic nose is dominated with floral and fruity notes.
The flavors are similar, making this fresh and zesty wine quite quaffable.

Elizabeth Spencer Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast $40.99

Dark ruby-red in color. Seductive, delicate aromas of ripe black cherry, citrus fruits and sweet orange oil which is quite typical for wines from this vineyard. A plump entry of mouth filling dark red fruits including damson plum mingle with hints of spice and dates. Though not as earthy as some vintages we have produced, this wine has hints of forest aromas, and finishes with full and concentrated robust red fruit flavors. This vintage of our Pinot Noir has ample tannins which allows the wine to pair well with every- thing from cheese to game birds and even lamb. The wine has great structure and plenty of backbone.
It is delicious and approachable upon release and also has all the stuffing to make it quite age-worthy

Stewart Tartan Red Blend $49.99

64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot
The 2018 ‘Tartan’ Red Blend has a very deep nose with aromas of dark chocolate, cherries, and pepper.
With earthy undertones, the rich, layered flavors of red fruits and all-spice envelop the palate.
While packed with tannin, this red blend has a supple and lush finish.
A great wine to enjoy now or cellared through 2040.
