Spicy Lemongrass Chicken with Jasmine Rice

Clos Du Val Chardonnay, Carneros $28.99

Made exclusively using grapes from their acclaimed Carneros estate vineyard, which has been farmed for more than four decades,
this Chardonnay is a Clos Du Val favorite. Showing off a beautiful pale straw color,
this Estate Chardonnay leads with aromas of bread dough, cotton candy, linen and jasmine flower.
This wine is lean, polished and quite elegant. On the finish, you'll find notes of wet stone and alluring mineralities.

Clos Du Val Pinot Noir, Carneros $29.99

Brilliant light red in color, this Pinot Noir has great clarity.
Chocolate, raspberry, and fresh strawberry leap from the glass.
The complex nose leads to bold flavors of red fruits, the most notable being bright cherry with a round flavor palate.
With a rich mouthfeel, the 2016 Pinot Noir displays a long velvety finish.

Vietti Nebbiolo, Perbacco, Piemonte $29.99

Offers up generous fruit along with menthol, spices and hard candy,
showing notable intensity while retaining an essentially mid-weight style.
Strong, intense and powerful when young, complex and elegant with the ageing.

The Beers!!
Solace Brewing It's "F" ine IPA, 4 pack 16 oz $17.99
7.0% ABV

Riwaka and Motueka hops provide lots of melon, a little fresh cut grass and just a hint of citrus.

Oskar Blues "Ten Fidy" Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout, 4 pack 12 oz. $20.99
ABV = 12.5%
An imperial stout loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee, underneath a smooth blanket of rich dark malts. In bourbon barrels for a minimum of eight months; allowing vanilla, oak, and bourbon flavors to permeate the pitch-black depths of FIDY. During maturation, the FIDY-plus-bourbon flavors mellow into a cool, drinkable, deeply complex brew.
