Paul Direder Gruner Veltliner 1 L $11.99
Fresh aromas of yellow apple, pear and citrus. The crisp palate shows green apple with a light ginger note.
This is a dry, spritzy, delicious white.
Food Pairings: Cajun Seared Scallops, Bitter Greens with Goat Cheese and Walnuts; Spicy Lemongrass Chicken with Jasmine Rice.

Medium garnet color with a fruity nose of strawberries underlined by earthy and spicy notes, and reminiscent of fine wood.
A supple tannin structure and gamey texture complements the palate for real pleasure.

The grapes for this wine were hand selected and harvested.
The wine has spent 14 months in neutral barrel before it was bottled.
The bouquet is a lovely mix of red fruit, berry, some black pepper, little cedar and spice.
The aromas follow through on the palate for a VERY complex, yet smooth finish - a very nice medium bodied red for every day drinking.
