Feuillet-Juillot is known as "the feminine side of Burgundy."  Located in Montagny, they are extremely light-handed with their oak, preferring to let the fruit speak for itself. 

The resulting Chardonnay is shrouded in mystique, with an intriguing ginger spice at the finish. 

This is something to serve with grilled sea bass or oil-poached vegetable.
