This southern Italian red boasts an old-world earthy and spicy character surrounding its dark berry fruit notes. The nose is floral, with notes of strawberry and cinnamon, while the palate is juicy, full of strawberries, cherries, cocoa, and a hint of leather. 

This is a great match for slow cooked roasts, charcuterie, and hard Italian cheeses.
