RAPEL VALLEY
70% of this wine is aged in small American oak barrels and 30% in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 months. Dark and deep red with aromas of dark plums, black currant, and chocolate, with hints of coffee and toasted oak. Soft and well-structured, mouthfilling texture. An ideal match for fresh and light dishes based on meat, veggies, fresh herbs and ripe cheese. Serve between 59 and 64 degrees.
