The Wines!!
Reverdy, Sancerre Rose' $24.99

100% Saignee' Pinot Noir. The wine shows a pale salmon pink color and offers delicate aromas of roses and orange blossom that will develop into gooseberry and peach blossoms as the temperature in the glass rises. The palate is crisp, lean and elegant, but the flavors are quite persistent with cherry, blackcurrant, apricot and red currant aromas.

Chablis Michelet $23.99
Chablis is famous for crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged Chardonnays in northern Burgundy. Michelet's Chablis is powerfully aromatic with white flowers, fresh fruit, lime, and citrus aromas. It is a wonderful accompaniment to shellfish, oysters, fish, veal, and foie gras.

Le Jade Viognier $11.99
Viognier, a grape famous in Virginia, is actually believed to have originated in Dalmatia.  Here in Southern France the grape enjoys warm sunny summers that help it develop heady aromas of honeysuckle, melon, guava, and ripe peach.  It is full and rich on the finish.  Almost opulent with just a tinge of acidity that makes it bright and fresh.  It works very well with richer dishes and even spicy curry sauce.

Domaine Manoir deu Carra Beaujolais Villages, Non Filtre $13.99
Located in the small town of Denice, south of Burgundy and in the heart of the Beaujolais area, Domaine Carra dates back to 1850, and has been in the Sambardier family for five generations. Lighter bodied red wine that can be served slightly chilled. Bright strawberry and raspberry fruit flavors.  Delicious with Coq au Vin, grilled sausage, and charcuterie.

Chateau de Segries Cote du Rhone Rouge $17.99
The wine is ripe, rich and round, with black raspberry, white pepper and spice flavors. Good concentration and acidity. A true Cotes du Rhone in a Bistro style.  Pairings: Enjoy with a large variety of food, from pizza to pasta, hamburgers or even on its own slightly chilled.
