The Wines!!
Ruttenstock Klassik Gruner Veltliner $14.99
White Pepper and aromatic, yellow apples, very slender and elegant,
a little bit of grapefruit, this is the classic clean crisp dry Gruner from Austria!

Steininger Riesling, Kamptal $19.99
Light golden-yellow color, aromas of vineyard peaches, pineapple and apricots which continue to the crisp, dry finish. A perfectly balanced Riesling with an elegant minerality.
The aromas and flavors are underlined with a harmonic acidity and perfectly balanced with fruit.
Wonderful match for fish courses, especially trout and catfish.

Baglio Curatolo Arini, Nero D'Avola $14.99
The most famous indigenous grape in Sicily.
Deep ruby red wine, on the nose it offers notes of violets, cherries, plums and a hint of white pepper.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with smooth tannins and a juicy final note.
Great with Pasta alla norma, grilled meat, risotto.

Steindorfer Apetlon Rouge $19.99
The father/son team of Ernst and Roland Steindorfer craft this wine from their nicely ripe Burgenland plots of Blaufränkisch (40%), St. Laurent and Zweigelt (30% each).  Aging for 17 months in 2nd and 3rd use French oak barriques pulls the wine together nicely. In balanced 2019 vintage, this has plenty of ripe cherry and black plum fruit, with a really satisfying sense of weight on the palate and a firm – but still smooth – finish that invites both solo sipping and matching up with all kinds of cookout fare.
Ready now and giving pleasure for 4-5 years to come.

Monteci Amarone Classico $59.99
The Amarone Classico della Valpolicella is the most prized Veronese wines and one of the most important Italian reds. It was created from the evolution of Recioto, one of the oldest wines in the Italian wine history. It is characterized by an intense ruby red colour, a full and velvety taste and its fragrance has a typical, yet very pronounced aroma which recalls ripe fruit, black cherry jam and plums. The Amarone della Valpolicella production method has remained almost unchanged over the centuries. When harvested by hand, generally between September and October, the grapes have been selected: the berries must be perfectly ripe and healthy. The bunches are then deposited in single layers on large boxes, called plateaux. They are then placed in the fruit chambers; large, very airy rooms for the drying phase that lasts roughly four months. Fermentation and aging in tonneaux and oak barrels then takes place for at least 48 months before to bottling.

Steindorfer Beerenaulese "Cuvee Klaus" $25.99

Liquid gold!
This Beerenauslese has an elegant nose with some honey and peach. It is complex and intense on the palate with juicy apricot and harmonious acidity on the finish, which lingers on and on.
Food pairings: Mildly spicy Asian dishes, grilled vegetables, mild hard cheese
