4.9% ABV
A colder fermentation and longer lagering times give this unfiltered lager bready aromatics,
a crisp and peppery finish, while maintaining the complexity of our traditional Helles style.
Schlafly Wintry Haze IPA, 6 pack 12 oz. $15.99
ABV: 6.0%
A heavily oated and wheated IPA. Smooth, pillowy mouthfeel with a low bitterness,
and a distinct lack of booziness.
Three Notch'd "Bourbon Biggie S'Mores Imperial Stout, 4 pack 12 oz. $20.99
ABV: 10.8%
This rich, creamy, imperial stout is made with 80 boxes of Honey Maid Graham Crackers & aged in Balcones Bourbon Barrels. The special roasted barley used gives the beer a rich chocolatey backing;
the lactose gives the beer a sweet, smooth finish.
