The Wines!!
Roland Champion Champagne, Brut, Dosage Zero $64.99
Fresh and delicate, its fine bubbles and wide range of aromas will be perfect as an aperitif. A classic Blanc de Blancs Champagne. It is a Zero Dosage, meaning no liqueur d'expedition was added during the disgorging process. It is the same base as the Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Chouilly NV as it is also made from 100% Chardonnay and is produced from the free run juice only.

Maison Le Bihan Sancerre Blanc $29.99
To drink as an Aperitif or with food, such as white meat, seafood, crottin de Chavignol goat cheese.
Traditional, in stainless steel tanks. Bladder press grape pressing and reception of the must in the tanks by gravity. Settling of the must 24-36 hours before fermentation. Slow alcoholic fermentation only is done, in order to preserve the aromatic qualities. A racking is done over 3 months later. Clarification and light filtration before bottling at the estate.

Alain De La Treille "Le Rose"' $14.99
A very aromatic dry rosé with tons of fresh strawberry and watermelon flavors.
Le Rosé displays an elegant fruitiness with a nice, balanced finish.

Xavier Vignon Lirac Rouge $24.99
91 Points Wine Enthusiast! -
Black-cherry and mulberry flavors are intensely ripe yet elegant in this fresh, perfumed Grenache blend.
It's plush in texture but bright and invigorating on the palate, lifted by hints of sun-dried Mediterranean herbs and olives. Soft, integrated tannins accentuate its delicate feel. Enjoy now through 2023.

Chateau Des Landes Cuvee Prestige, Saint Emilion $32.99
Chateau des Landes is owned by the Lassagne Family.
Nicolas Lassagne is the winemaker and the third generation of the family in the Bordeaux wine business.
He uses both the preceding generations' expertise and the new technologies in modern viticulture and oenology. The wine is an intense ruby color with aromas and flavors of ripe black fruits, floral notes, wood, spice, and a touch of vanilla.

The Beers!!
Lone Pine Summer Lights, 4 pack 16 oz. $15.99

ABV - 5.2%
Our refreshing citrus wheat ale. Brewed with lemon and grapefruit zest,
Summer Lights is illuminated by flavors of bright citrus and subtle spice.

Trappistes Rochefort "6", Belgian Ale 12 oz $6.99
ABV: 7.5%
This Trappist beer finds its origins in the pre-war bottled beer destined for the sick and infirm. But further back, 1899 was the year that first saw the monks of Saint-Remy in Rochefort light the fire under their kettles, in their new, small brewery. The beer they brewed then was a precursor of today's Rochefort 6. This fine brew is only produced for a few weeks every year. It is predominantly served in the abbey’s guest quarters. Of the members of Rochefort trio, this is the mildest and driest variety. The Rochefort 6 certainly has character, but it is less rich and complex than that of its two brothers. A mild and fruity beer, it is slightly herbal, malty and sweet, with a touch of caramel. The quiet bitterness it has only becomes apparent in the finish.

Schlafly Tasmanian IPA, St. Louis, 6 pack 12 oz $15.99
7.2% ABV
Tasmanian IPA is an acclaimed, aromatic ale, which goes big on Australian Galaxy hops and is balanced in its bitterness, with recognizable tropical notes. Tasmanian IPA is both powerfully hoppy and easily drinkable at the same time.
