The Beers!!
DEWEY BEER EL TRONE, 4 pack 16 oz. $11.99
Poured a hazy straw gold beneath a short head of bright white foam. The head retention is actually pretty good which is surprising. It will fall, yes, but the fact that it'll hold on for as long as it does is impressive. In the nose it has a kind of generic beer aroma with grainy malt and floral hops. The taste reveals those floral hops to be even stronger, and while I like that, it's not really authentic for a Mexican lager. It's subtly lemon-like, herbal, and even piney. The malt is like a water biscuit. A moderate bitterness is enough to balance it as there's not much there, and it finishes dry and floral with some sweetened lemon lingering. In the mouth it's light to light-medium in body and gently crisp-then-smooth. Looking back, although the head retention was very good for the style.

TEN BENDS NORTHERN HEIGHTS DIPA, 4 pack 16 oz. $19.99
ABV 8%
Northern Heights is brewed with wheat and oats, then double dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops. It is the result of an evolution of craft brewing that began in a shed in the northern woods of Vermont and has culminated in a definitive and well-balanced ale that will take your perception of a Double IPA to new heights.

ADROIT THEORY COVEN IMPERIAL STOUT, 4 pack 16 0z. $23.99
12% ABV
This style of beer generally offers a full body and complex flavor and aroma with notes of dried fruit, coffee, and dark chocolate. These are often dryer than English or American Stouts and higher in abv.

HYDRA VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO  $24.99
Il Palagione is an historic farmstead dating back to 1594, set along the scenic road connecting San Gimignano to Volterra. San Gimignano is commonly referred to as the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages”. Certified Organic, The Vernaccia di San Gimignano Hydra (made with organic fruit), is light and luminous in appearance with simple aromas of white peach, melon, a note of raw almond and crushed mineral. The wine is snappy and streamlined in terms of mouthfeel with a bright and compelling personality. But don’t drink it too cold. Give it some time out of the fridge before drinking. Or start drinking and note how the exchange becomes less slap and sting, and more kiss and lick as temperatures rise. If you talk to Giorgio Comotti who spends every day of the year in the vineyard to follow his Vernaccia, he will tell you that perfumes are everything … Great job Giorgio!
Your wines are a triumph of fruit and flowers, delicate aromas, cheerfulness and elegance.
Food  pairing: excellent aperitif - bruschetta, pasta dishes, salads, chicken all fish, crustaceans, fried food and fresh cheeses.

VIETTI, ROERO ARNEIS $24.99

VIETTI, BARBERA D' ASTI TRE VIGNE $19.99
