DOMAINE LA MAIONNETTE, MEDITERRANEE' BLANC $19.99
Stainless steel fermented and harvested at night to keep freshness the production is too small to be reviewed by the critics. This supple white Provençal wine shows brilliant light straw yellow color with off the chart aromas of citrus, flowers and stone fruits. The mid-palate is dominated by notes of exotic fruits, ripe peach, red Anjous pear, lemon zest and a hint of honey. Rounds up on the finish yet displays good acidity and balance though out a lengthy encore. Fine and elegant this bottling is everything a summer refreshing white should be!
Pair with, chicken, sushi, any fish or seafood, crunchy greens salads, anything fried or just as an Aperitif.
REVERDY, SANCERRE ROSE $29.99
100% Saignee' Pinot Noir.
The wine shows a pale salmon pink color and offers delicate aromas of roses and orange blossom
that will develop into gooseberry and peach blossoms as the temperature in the glass rises.
The palate is crisp, lean and elegant, but the flavors are quite persistent with cherry, blackcurrant, apricot and red currant aromas.

"The 2020 Cabernet Franc Estate Selection comes from the Uco Valley and was aged for six months in French, 500-liter barrels.

The aging process makes itself felt in the mouth. The mild acidity enlivens the reactive tannins, which establishes a good structure.
A balanced take on the year, it will grow milder with more time in the bottle."

D E S T R O Y E R Red Wine Blend is a whimsical blend of North Coast varieties.
We start with Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, and then add Merlot 20%, Zinfandel 10% and finish with Syrah 5%. 65% is grown in Lake County in the Red Hills AVA, the balance is Napa Valley. This wine is aged in French oak for 10 months.
Tasting Notes
D E S T R O Y E R is rich and flavorful. Red and dark fruits are apparent in the nose with Plum, Cherry and Blueberry tones.
The aroma is elegant and shows subtle signs of oak nuance. The pallet explodes with deep deliciousness!
