The Wines!!
STRAUSS SAUVIGNON BLANC CLASSIC $17.99
A classic style with full ripe citrus fruit, lemon drop, and delicate herbal notes,
which are followed by a clean crisp finish.
Perfect warm weather aperitif.
Pairs well with chicken, mild cheeses, sautéed seafood and white sauces.


STEININGER RIESLING KAMPTAL $19.99
Light golden-yellow color, aromas of vineyard peaches, pineapple and apricots
which continue to the crisp, dry finish. A perfectly balanced Riesling with an elegant minerality.
The aromas and flavors are underlined with a harmonic acidity and perfectly balanced with fruit.
Wonderful match for fish courses, especially trout and catfish.


STEININGER KITTMANNSBERG GRUNER VELTLINER $29.99
The palate shows spicy hints of nettle and a fresh bouncy zesty backbone of lemon and grapefruit,
which makes it all the more appetizing.
Serve with veal, pork, chicken and seafoods.

HILLINGER "EVELINE" PINOT NOIR $19.99
Medium garnet color with a fruity nose of strawberries underlined by earthy and spicy notes, and reminiscent of fine wood.
A supple tannin structure and gamey texture complements the palate for real pleasure.
A long finish with a nice play of all components leaving the wish to have a second sip immediately. This wine is ideally suited to complement lots of different food.


BAUER WAGRAM "CUVEE" RED BLEND $18.99
Cherry fruit with amaretto tones, red berries and herbs.
On the palate cherry fruit again, with dark berry aromas and a pleasant background of herbs, good extract fruit, fine soft tannin.
It finishes with a dry elegance and delicately herb tones of chocolate and cherries.
Although absolutely delicious on its own, it will complement beef, duck, grilled pork, tuna, and rich red sauces.
