Finback Brewery
Our aim is to make great beer following our passion for flavor and complexity
from quality ingredients and small batch artisanal brewing.
We brew fun, unique beers made for enjoyment.
We like it hoppy and complex, roasty and smoky, strong and sippable to sessionable and gulpable.
Most importantly it’s something to drink with friends, in the backyard, at the beach and at the bar.
We make beer because we like to drink it delicious and fresh and because we like to smile.

QUIET EVENING IPA, 4 pack 16 oz. $19.99
5% ABV
IPA dry hopped with Citra, Cashmere and Belma.

VARIATIONS IN TIME NZ IPA, 4 pack 16 oz. $23.99
7.5% ABV
Brewed with copious amounts of Nelson and Motueka hops,
and named after our sun adoring fuzzy friends, this beer is hazy tropical goodness in a glass.

The Wines!!
SECATEURS CHENIN BLAN, BADENHORST $17.99
Spending time on its lees in concrete tanks and old casks, gives incredible texture and palate weight to the wine.
The aromas are flinty with honey, orange blossom and white stone fruit notes.
The wine is characterized by a long ripening period in mild conditions and
has the effect of good ripe flavors and fresher acidity than in previous years.
The aromas are flinty with honey, orange blossom and white stone fruit notes.

KANONKOP KADETTE CAPE BLEND $18.99
Crimson red in color, with complimenting aromas of raspberries, dark cherries, black plums, cinnamon, and all spice.
Supple, elegant tannins supported by fresh acidity which is balanced with an explosion of fruit on the palate.
Juicy flavors of red and black fruits, and a hint of chocolate, all which lingers on the finish.

Blend: 43% Pinotage, 33% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc

MASSAYA LE COLOMBIER RED BLEND $24.99
The Massaya winery and vineyards are nestled between the mountains and the Mediterranean, producing a wide range of unique wines. This is an easy-drinking, unoaked blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah
with fresh ripe raspberries on the nose and plush red fruits on the palate.
A ripe-fruited Lebanese red, made with a third each of cinsault and grenache with the rest divided between the charms of syrah and tempranillo. The resulting blend is a fragrantly spicy, rich and smooth delight, with attractive quince-fruit notes.
Rich aromas of morello cherry, cassis and spice to the fore.
Concentrated and ripe, with plenty of perfumed, parma-violet character, fine tannins and an excellent length.

EL ENEMIGO EL BARRANCO SINGLE VINEYARD BONARDA $24.99
This deep purple Bonarda Single Vineyard El Barranco comes from a vineyard of that name in Junín,
a classical zone of Mendoza where the grape thrives.
It's a textbook varietal example with elegant rusticity, some earthiness and grainy tannins, varietal, juicy and tasty.
These are reds for food.

CATENA SAN CARLOS CABERNET FRANC 2019 $26.99
93 Points - Wine Advocate!
Super elegant, fresh, varietal, nuanced and complex.
A wine like this often costs more money than the price point of the appellation range,
but it feels like a bargain anyway.
Demonstrates precision and symmetry while remaining vibrant and lively, velvety and focused.
