The Wines!!
TEN SISTERS SAUVIGNON BLANC $19.99
A delightfully fragrant and complex bouquet with underlying citrus aromas.
Single-vineyard sourcing allows the terroir its full expression and elicits a purity of flavors.
The palate is bright and elegant with refined acidity and ripe flavors. It has good concentration and length, excellent structure, and a well-balanced finish. The sauvignon blanc is given extended lees contact — more than the majority of Marlborough sauvignon blancs — to create complexity and to bring out fruit flavors.
Excellent on its own or with seafood, chicken, pork, salads, and Asian food. No sugar added.

KALTERN GEWURZTRAMINER $22.99
Bright, golden yellow. Intense aromas of rose blossoms, lychee, and pineapple.
Full-bodied and creamy at first impression, unfolds its wide spectrum of fruit nuances on the palate,
with a long, lingering, aromatic finish.

TEN SISTERS PINOT NOIR $19.99
Berry aromas with subtle spice, fruit-driven; rich with cherry, plum, and red and dark berry flavors.
Smooth, light tannins and excellent structure and balanced.

BOSCO MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZI "PAN" $21.99
It was in the late 1800s that the Bosco family came to viticultural prominence in Abruzzo, near to the city of Pescara.  Today they have a state-of-the-art winemaking facility in Nocciano and a reputation for making some of the best wines in the DOC.  This bottling is 100% Montepulciano aged 18-24 months in small barriques.  The influence of wood brought the god of wood, Pan, to  mind (the family surname, “bosco’ = “woods in Italian, hence the name).  Dark red fruit notes, with plum, chocolate and a touch of peppery spice. Ideal with summer grills and pastas, in cooler weather, with roasts and stews.

MIGUEL MERINO RIOJA RESERVA $44.99
Balance and harmony are the key of a good Riserva wine.
Nothing must be missing, but nothing should outstand: fruit, intensity, structure, persistence and personality must appear in union as a good orchestra. Tempranillo with close to 5% Graciano and Mazuelo, aged for 19 months in 37 barrels made with American oak staves and French oak bottoms.  Deeply colored, with savoury black fruits, some dried herbs deep, savory, meaty dark fruit and black cherry aromas and a very juicy palate of blackberry and black cherry fruit. Rich, and yet perfectly balanced.
