Jax Vineyards Y3 Sauvignon Blanc $22.99

The beauty of this wine runs far deeper than the label. Celebrating three generations of land-tilling, wine loving Jacksons, the family is proud to present Y3, a wine as special as the memories of their grandparents at Yarrayne Ranch. Summers get hot in Calistoga and it was on such a feverish day that siblings Kimberly and Trent found inspiration for this wine. The aim was simple: to make a clean and refreshing wine while representing a "true to varietal" Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. We call this our "Poolside Sipper."
Jax Vineyards Y3 Taureau Red Blend $27.99

The name "Taureau" was the name of the Jackson family’s prized bull, legendary for his feisty, high-kicking and vibrant personality. When perfecting this wine at their blending session, the JAX team concurred that the complex personality of their infamous bull reflected the complex structure and elements of this indulgent red blend... and what a perfect tribute to their family ranching legend.
Reflecting the dominating character of Taureau, this wine boasts incredible purple fruit colors, flavors of blackberry, black cherry and red on the palate, and all supported by polished tannins. Balanced and delicious, this wine should drink well until 2028.

For many years, we have looked at Pinot Noir as a distant fantasy....a varietal that we always loved but knew would be a difficult tackle.
Not only is it a highly finicky grape requiring a milder climate, but also we know that pinot lovers are “die hard” fans, wed to a very specific style. As hot climate Napa Valley vintners, we knew that we could not force our hand until the opportunity presented itself.
Fast forward and along came our CEO Dan Parrott who had worked with some of the best producers in Burgundy
before jumping on board at JAX. Dan inspired us to find the ideal vineyard to achieve a killer pinot!
Cutting Edge Cabernet Sauvignon $29.99
An “edge” above all others, the 2019 will greet you right away
with a layered bouquet replete with cherries, black licorice, black currant, baking spices
and leading into espresso and tobacco leaf.
A nuanced and structured wine, the tannin is firm, yet soft and expressive.
