The Wines!!
Gossett Brut Champagne, Grande Reserve $54.99
94 Points, Decanter!
The nose opens with the fresh ripeness of yellow apple and highlights of Granny Smith.
It has beautifully subtle autolysis on the palate, deepening into notes of creamy apple crumble,
Golden Delicious and Mirabelle plum, while remaining utterly strait-laced.
Elegance, length and absolute freshness are inherent and quietly convincing.

93 Points, Wine Spectator!
A spine of chiseled acidity structures this vivid, creamy Champagne,
which has a minerally underpinning of smoke and brine and flavors of Asian pear, baked pineapple, lemon curd, toasted brioche and roasted almond.
Should pair well with grilled fish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

92 Points, James Suckling!
This has attractive aromas of apricots, pie crust, raspberries, fresh walnuts and pears, with a hint of white pepper and ginger.
Elegant, fine and supple mousse, with a medium body and creamy layers of fresh fruit and pastries.
So dry and clean. 45% chardonnay, 45% pinot noir and 10% meunier.

Brewer-Clifton Chardonnay, Santa Rita Hills $41.99
96 Points! Jeb Dunnuck
Ripe orchard fruits, buttered lemon, crushed stone, and salty, marine-influence notes all emerge from the 2021 Chardonnay Sta. Rita Hills,
a concentrated, medium to full-bodied Chardonnay with a liquid rock-like sense of minerality, beautiful mid-palate density, and a great finish.
You should never underestimate these appellation releases from Greg Brewer.
This is an insane value in top Chardonnay from California.

93 Points! Wine Spectator
There's terrific focus and intensity to the bright citrus flavors at the core of this white, with yuzu, ruby grapefruit,
Meyer lemon and lime zest notes, plus plenty of salty, minerally accents that add a mouthwatering minerality,
followed by hints of lemon basil that linger on the finish.

Brewer-Clifton Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills $44.99
Comprised of 100% estate pinot noir from three vineyards within the AVA,
the wine exhibits a drive, richness and pedigree expressive of the area coupled with purity of fruit and firm structure.
Aromas of pomegranate, white tea and raspberry lead into flavors of dried fig, white truffle and ripe cherry.

Marietta "Arme'", Cabernet Sauvignon $34.99

94 Points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate!
The 2019 Armé Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium ruby-purple color and layered aromas of red and black currants, violet, iron, underbrush and mushrooms. The medium-bodied palate is pleasantly rustic and a touch chewy, with bright acidity, pretty floral perfume and an earth-laced finish.

93 Points, James Suckling!
Rounded aromas of red cherries, nutmeg and sage. Full-bodied with fine, structured tannins.
A solid core of black and red fruits with lovely notes of black tea and toasted herbs.
Walnut and green tobacco too. Very good length and balance.
82% cabernet sauvignon, 12% merlot, 3% malbec and 3% petit verdot.

And Beers!
Great Lakes Artic Ancient Imperial Ale, 4 pack 16 oz. $15.99
This frothy forecast calls for extreme conditions!
Take cover by the fire and brace yourself for an epic Imperial IPA packed with chill-busting juicy hop flavors,
with hints of pine and citrus dancing on the palate. Its higher alcohol content adds a nice warming touch.

Crooked Run Vaporware IPA, 4 pack 16 oz. $20.99
A luxuriously-hopped IPA with a special yeast and Cashmere and Ariana hops.
Rich hop flavor, smooth body, Elizabeth Holmes approved.
This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs
