Made entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon this wine will remind you of an Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier all at the same time! Passion fruit, grass and grapefruit flavors are abundant with a fresh and firm structure. It will go great with sushi, asparagus risotto, smoked salmon and crunchy salads. The first nose is intense and delightful, with notes of sweet fruits and honey – white nectarine, white pear, white apple, mango, pineapple, white cherry, white mulberry and early may honey – all of this mixed together and served as a fresh summer scent. The wine is medium-dry, with some hints of residual sugar, moderate alcohol and moderate acidity. It makes the wine taste smooth, noble and round. Medium tannin makes it taste a little green, like a green olive – savory and refreshing.
